After years of searching, I’ve finally found a sweetener-free source of electrolyte supplements. I have used Trace Minerals trace mineral drops for decades. I stumbled across the Trace Minerals Keto Electrolyte Drops and have been very happy.There’s no sugar, artificial sweetener, dextrose, sucrose, maltodextrin, etc., in these drops.

Perfect!
I tried the one with sweetener, same brand, and it was terrible to me b/c I don’t like sweeteners. I got this one without any sweetener at all, and it’s perfect! Don’t have to stir it. Even in a large glass of water, using a whole dropper, I don’t taste anything. On the rim it was a little salty once, but that was all. I will always get this one!

Apparently works. Expiration date rubbed off too easy ! Shaked bottle and date came off. Hope product is not outdated ?

Great quality, clean Electrolyte drops
I’m always looking for a clean ingredient way to keep my electrolytes in balance. These are a good price, work well, and don’t have any flavor to them, which I consider a huge bonus. I put these in my coffee, water, or sparkling water. I actually carry a bottle in my purse so I can add it wherever I go.

Great for Carnivore diet!
All of my muscles were cramped up after about a week on the Carnivore diet. It felt like I had the flu like a lot of people describe “keto flu”. This arrived on my doorstep at 4pm. I took it immediately and after a few hours about 50% of my aches/ cramps were gone and the next morning they were completely gone! I highly recommend this product! Also, I am extremely allergic to gluten and had no reaction to it. Also, I have learned to take this at night to help me sleep because it does make me sleepy.

Works great for leg cramps but be careful if…
If you are on lisinopril for HBP, or something similar, be careful that your potassium doesn’t go too high. These drops are great for when you are losing a lot of water on a keto diet and experience muscle cramps. However, watch your potassium levels. I started having heart palpitations. After doing a bit of reading about hyperkalemia and palpitations I quit taking the drops. It took a few days but the palps are completely gone. I will be consuming these drops a little more judiciously from now on. I was only taking about a 1/2 teaspoon per day but that was a bit too much for me apparently.

These give me a terrible headache and you are not able to return them even though it says free return.

The “use by” date was well over twelve months out of date. I didn’t realize this until I had used the drops several times. I wondered why it tasted so foul (have never used keto drops before) and it wasn’t until I saw the date that I realized why. Check the date before you used them! Unfortunately I threw the bottle out before deciding to write a review so don’t have pictorial proof.
