    Safe and easy way to get those daily steps in.
    I’m in my 60’s, am definitely sedentary and have back and knee issues, so it limits the types of exercise I can do satisfactorily without hurting myself. I really needed to exercise my legs more and this worked out as a good solution for me. My legs had gotten atrophied to the point of limping and having serious knee pain, so this bike pedal exerciser was perfect as it’s good for beginners and the elderly. I can now do low resistance bike pedaling exercising indoors while I’m safely seated in my chair and can even watch tv while I’m doing it. This does require some assembly, and although it seems straightforward, I immediately got stuck on the very first step because the metal tubes wouldn’t align and the screw wouldn’t catch to tighten. After some initial frustration, I got a flashlight and looked down the metal tube, and the piece that you need to screw into had fallen inside down the other end, so once I got that figured out, the rest went much easier. I had a little difficulty getting the pull pin installed, but I just had to hold down the little nub to make it slide in, and I imagine I’ll have the same issue removing it, but that’s only if you want to fold the machine, which I don’t intend on doing. The height and pedal straps are adjustable and it does have adjustable resistance, so you can set it to where you’re the most comfortable. It has an LED display to monitor your progress with time, counter, and calorie settings and it comes with a small floor mat and carry strap. You can also do arm pedaling exercises just as easily, so you can strengthen both your legs and your arms with this one machine. It really is an affordable, convenient and safe way to get in those extra steps and strengthen your muscles, help relieve muscle fatigue and joint pain all while watching tv or reading a book in the comfort of your home.

    Smooth cycling action
    Easy to put together and smooth cycling action. However the pedal straps were of poor quality so I will not be using those.

    Meh. It’s ok
    I’m embarrassed to say, this thing took way too long to put together! The instructions were terrible, with simple line images that didn’t offer any close-up view of what the instructions were actually referencing. After roughly an hour of trial and error, I got it put together and working. My teens and I use it frequently, but it doesn’t offer an ergonomic peddling movement because the peddle arms are really short, so my legs jerk around and the peddling isn’t smooth most of the time.But it does work, and it doesn’t take up much space at all (about the size of a door mat). Considering it’s less than $40, i think its quality reflects the price.

    Too many caveats for me
    I was debating on giving 3 stars, but I ended up giving 4. Mainly because most of the complaints I have are more specific to my situation, and may not be a problem for others. Overall, the product is fine and has some nice features to it, but I don’t see myself hanging on to it.It has to be assembled, which was easy enough to do. Pretty sure I did it right. There’s a few different ways you can adjust it, like how high it sits, or how much resistance it gives. I have to put it as low as I can go to fit under my desk without hitting my knees. The footprint isn’t huge, but it also takes up a good amount of space.There’s little rollers on it which has been fun to fidget with. It has a digital counter as well which is nice.The biggest issue I have with it is it’s kind of a hassle to get my feet into the holds. Can’t do it with shoes on because the pedals aren’t wide enough. The loop that goes over the top of your foot also makes it top heavy, so the pedals are upside down every time you want to put your foot in which gets annoying also. I also have wheels on my office chair, so I’m not really able to pedal as I work because I end up just pushing myself away from the desk.

    Perfect for Post-Surgery Rehab and Rotator Cuff Exercises
    I purchased the Sportneer Portable Under Desk Pedal Exerciser for my husband to use after his shoulder replacement surgery. Instead of placing it on the floor, we set it on a table so he can pedal with his hands, which will be great for working on his rotator cuff and building arm strength.The low resistance is perfect for his rehabilitation, offering a gentle yet effective way to improve mobility and strength without straining his shoulder. It mimics the machines used in physical therapy and provides the added convenience of being able to use it at home.A standout feature is the digital counter, which tracks the number of rotations—this has been incredibly helpful in keeping track of his progress and ensuring that rehab goals are met. The compact, folding design makes it easy to store when not in use, and it’s quiet enough that he can pedal while working or relaxing without distraction.The adjustable resistance allows him to gradually increase intensity as his strength improves, and overall, this pedal exerciser has been a valuable addition to his recovery routine.However, when I tested it for its intended purpose (cycling under the desk), it didn’t work as well as I had hoped. The exerciser slid across the floor several times during my attempts, even with the included liner underneath it. We have hardwood floors, so that may be a factor, but I don’t think the machine is weighted enough to stay in place when used as a foot pedal exerciser. I’m also fairly strong in my legs, which may have contributed to this issue.That being said, if you’re looking for something to aid in shoulder or arm rehabilitation, this pedal exerciser is excellent. Just keep in mind that it may not be the best fit for cycling while at your desk, especially on smooth floors.

    Assembly is fairly quick and easy. There is not a lot of parts. The manual is a booklet style and decent size with easy to follow instructions.There are basically three adjustable parts for this device:1) there is a pull-out pin for folding the unit (great for storage)2) there is a spin-out knob to extend or decrease the length of the unit and3) the pedal straps can be adjusted.There is an on-board computer which works as soon as you start a pedal action so no need to turn on or turn off anything. The on-board computer will also shut down following a period of inactivity.You get all the required tools to assemble this unit. Also, note that with the pedal straps, it requires a screwdriver. Supplied is an Allen key which you need for part of the assembly process and you will see on the opposite end of that tool, there is a screwdriver. If two people are using this in the same household, it would be best to find your optimum pedal strap adjustment between the two of you because removing two screws on each side for each pedal may be too time consuming or labour intensive for repeated use.The onboard computer comes with the battery pre-installed and ready to go. The onboard computer is also integrated with the resistance knob. This onboard computer strikes me as being on the flimsy side but it works okay. The training computer will provide you with time, count, total count, calories and scan will recall the data of your most recent workout. The LED automatically displays the results of time, calorie and total count in rotation.There was an extra package that was not covered in the manual and not indicated as being in the package contents and I guess you can consider this a bonus. It is a mat upon which you can place your exerciser and there is also a strap with buckle. I haven’t tried the strap but just guessing that it might be for when the exerciser is folded either to secure it or possibly to carry it.I find the pull pin for collapsing the machine to be a bit of a pain. The pin has a little push-in retainer at the front of it so when you are placing it in the machine, you need to almost push a bit on it first or apply excess pressure to ensure that the (spring-loaded) retainer retracts, otherwise you will have difficulty inserting it into the holes which hold the main frame and computer mount together. I suspect this may loosen up following repeated use.The machine works well although upon initial use, there was some movement of the unit. I think you will need to experiment with/without the mat depending on your floor type (carpet, bare floor, etc.).Overall, I like this exerciser and the fact that it is very compact and even folds for storage. This machine would be ideal for seniors and I think especially preferable where you can make the initial adjustments and use it like that (i.e. suitable for one person) without having to make adjustments for another person.

    A simple pedal trainer;Easy to assemble, no additional tools required;Very small, takes up little space, can be placed under the table, and can be used to sit and exercise during work or study;With a counter, it can calculate time, speed, distance and calorie consumption;The height can be adjusted to suit the height of different tables;The strength of exercise can be adjusted, and the adjustment is very simple;With a massage wheel, you can massage your feet;The bicycle leg trainer is not very smooth during pedaling;

    I’ve been using this Mini Exercise Bike for a few weeks and it’s been a great addition to my home office setup. The compact design fits perfectly under my desk, so I can easily pedal while I work. Whether I’m sitting at my desk or reading, I can get a low-impact workout without interrupting my tasks. It’s incredibly quiet, which is a huge bonus when I’m working from home – it doesn’t disturb my focus at all.The adjustable strap loop is a nice touch, making it easy to use for both arm and leg exercises. I’ve been switching between pedaling for a leg workout and using the handles for some arm exercises, and it really helps with muscle strength and circulation. The resistance is adjustable, so I can increase the intensity as I get stronger or choose a lighter level for a gentler workout.I also appreciate the LCD screen, which keeps track of my time, speed, distance, and calories burned. It’s motivating to see the progress as I go! Overall, this under desk pedal exerciser is a great option for anyone looking to add some exercise to their day without needing extra space or time. It’s perfect for beginners, and I can already feel the benefits of incorporating it into my routine.

    To The PointDecent concept, but it constantly slips away, making it frustrating to use.My OpinionI wanted to like this under-desk pedal exerciser, but the slipping issue makes it more of a hassle than a workout. Every time I start pedaling, it moves away, forcing me to stop and readjust constantly. The resistance is low, which is fine for light exercise, but without better grip or stability, it’s hard to use effectively. It might work better on carpet or with a non-slip mat, but as is, it’s just not practical.My VerdictI’d give this 2.5 out of 5 stars for its portability and concept, but the constant slipping ruins the experience.I hope this helps!Cheers,Straight Shooter
