I bought this for my dad who struggles with back pain and joint pain. He uses it multiple times a day while sitting on the couch, and it’s so easy for him to operate as come with a remote control. It’s been great for keeping his ankles, knees, and hips moving through a comfortable range of motion, and it’s also helping with his circulation. Plus, it’s pretty quiet, which is a nice bonus.
