I love the fact that these capsules have all the nutrients needed to support your immune system as well as healthy organs. They are easy to swallow and I don’t feel any type of side effects, such as upset stomach. They make it easy to get essential vitamins and minerals without taking several different supplements.

Spice combination that helps relieve inflammation in my thumbs.
I use berberine and cinnamon to help support blood sugar levels as well as digestion and inflammation support. I found a positive lessening of pain in my thumbs when I take berberine cinnamon pills, and these are as effective as the other supplements I’ve had. i do think the price is a bit much for the spice capsules, though maybe that’s from the fenugreek addition.
