Yes only a bit over 2 ounces, and yes the container is bigger (I recycle and use for other stuff after so not a big deal for me). But I love it because it works. I feel good throughout the day. It helps revitalize me and puts a bit of a pep in my step. Helps my immune system too. I just add half a teaspoon in my morning coffee. Can’t even tell its there. No scent or taste. I recommend this!

Love this! .. now it’s a daily need
I suffer From fibromyalgia and struggle to find the energy to do anything lately because it’s so bad . I’ve been researching adaptogen (nootropics) supplements for a while and this has a nice natural combination of several great and potent mushrooms for that effect to help lower the stress response and support the body in utilizing that stress for energy instead . This helps with adrenal fatigue . I am Still struggling , but I find That the help this gives me allows me to at least get a few things done a day . I realize That sounds sad , and I suppose It is , but I’m really grateful to find anything that helps at all, even a little . I’m sure someone without my issues would probably benefit greatly. It tastes great in soups and even in my coffee replacement (teeccino) but I havent Been brave enough to add it to my shakes yet because it Does give a nice rich flavor that I dont See blending too well with my banana , turmeric , pineapple and beet shake but I could be wrong . It mixes in fairly well and adds a nice subtle thickness, although sometimes I notice That towards the end of either my soup or coffee sub , I do Need to swirl it around a bit to get the last accumulation of it at the bottom . I will Be buying this for as long as possible , and hopefully one day it will do more than just help a little . I can tell that if I was Well , this has the potential to make a person really thrive. ❤️ ❤️ ❤️Oh and I almost Forgot , my fiancé hates hates HATES mushrooms , but he even really likes it in his coffee too!

Amazing effects
I have struggled for about two years with hair loss and took many supplements (even recommended by my ND) with little or no effect. I came across articles about the benefits of mushrooms and I decided to give it a try, especially that I saw they help with hormone balance. This is the first brand I tried, and after a month I noticed that my hair didn’t fall any more, the greatest improvement so far. Now it’s been three months and I notice new hair growth. Also I started to have regular periods. I am beyond amazed and definitely continuing with it. I’ve told my friends and now they want to do EXACTLY what I did. So I am going to share here exactly what I did. Since the jar was big enough and only half full, I added more Reishi and Lion’s Mane (about equal amounts) Terrasoul brand. I made myself tea every morning – mixed 3/4 tsp with a little honey, then pour warm or hot water and mix again. Now I am going to do a little change. Add Maitake and Lion’s Mane to my morning tea (it helps with hormonal balance) and make Reishi tea at night, as it helps with relaxing and sleep (actually I have tried this for a few nights and I did sleep better). I highly recommend mushrooms tea for many more health issues and this brand and Terrasoul worked wonders for me.

Quality product, pure, potent and a potent delivery system
This trumps every other mushroom product on the market because it combines mushrooms together in a daily, synergistic blend. I used to have to take a bunch of different pills from a couple different companies but ZHOU has harvested legitimate quality that is head and shoulders above the rest. It’s nootropic benefits really come to light after the first week with my mood improving, my focus sharpening and an overall sense of increased well being heightening my overall day. My alertness naturally becomes quite a bit higher and I manage stress so much better.Isn’t that enough to justify taking them every day? For me it is but they always guarantee you get a quality product, pure, potent and a potent delivery system. There was no nauseau, the taste is palatable and not aftertaste. Incredible
I never write reviews of supplements because I never really notice the effects however I couldn’t be the night and day difference I felt after using this product from day one. I am generally an anxious person and often scattered. 20 minutes after drinking I feel a calm and clarity that is just incredible. I mix this with green tea and super greens powder in the morning and forget coffee this is my new great start to the day would highly recommend. Also to all the complaints about the size of the container and it being only half full if you actually look at a teaspoon worth it will definitely last you 30 days and for only $18 well worth it.

Get the benefits of mushrooms without eating an actual mushroom
I agree with the previous reviews, in that, it’s a little confusing why there is so little product and such a big container. But aside from that, I was pleasantly surprised at the taste (or non-taste) of the product. It stirs right into my coffee and I can’t even tell it’s there, or if anything it gives a slight earthy taste which is very pleasant. I do not like mushrooms at all, so It’s nice to be able to get the benefits of mushrooms without the taste or texture.
