Tastes good and seems to work fine. It’s a good alternative to women’s multivitamins, regardless of whether you’re planning to become pregnant or not, especially if you still have a cycle. A lot of multivitamins don’t have iron or sufficient iron, so buying a prenatal vitamin ensures you at least the minimum amount of iron.

As for the gummies, lets be real, I just get them so that I can feel better about eating sugary candy while telling myself I’m “taking my vitamins” or “doing it for my health.” These taste okay, “grape” is a stretch for the “pink” flavor of these. Not my favorite of the gummies I’ve tried but FAR from being bad or the worst. That crown goes to some Berberine gummies… Anyhow, these are slightly gritty but nothing terrible. I have no idea if they’re doing anything for me but I am going to continue taking them “for my health.”**Note** I received this item at a reduced cost as part of the Amazon Vine Program in exchange for my honest review. I got these gummy prenatal gummies because I don’t like taking traditional pill form multivitamins and plus, from what I believe, they’re supposed to be good for healthy and faster hair growth, they’re also packed with alot of the necessary vitamins, I especially like that 3 big bottles come in a pack with each bottle containing 60 gummies, 180 in total which is a really good value to me, these are good tasting, they’re grape flavored, but more of just a fruity taste to me, they aren’t too chewy and are bite size.

My vitamin/sweet fix in the afternoon!
This product has a very nice sweet grape taste. Not horribly sweet, but be aware they do have real sugar in them. 2 of them are 4 grams of carbs from 4 grams of sugar. They give you as much vitamins as most pills, but in a chewable candy form. Honestly, as I am sick of taking pills and already take too many, its nice to pop these in in the afternoon. They give me my sweet/sugar fix as well and keeps me from wanting something else sweet.Win-win. No bad fillers from what I can tell. Would rather they be sugar-free but I’m pretty sure this brand does make some sugar free ones. They use glucose syrup as their sugar, which can sometimes be made of wheat, but these are gluten free…
