Good multi
I feel better taking these and have a subscription for them. They are a bit tart but that’s ok.

Easy to Take
I have struggled with taking multivitamins, as swallowing a huge vitamin pill was not easy for me, therefore often I just wouldn’t take them. Tried some other gummies which I found to be hard and not so pleasant tasting, plus I didn’t want or need the added sugar. These gummies are, in my opinion, really tasty and easy to take, and I have become much more consistent with daily vitamin intake. I’m feeling good, too, and plan to continue taking these. Not understanding the negative reviews, but I guess everyone is different.

Good but a couple downsides
This is a great supplement, especially for someone who wants a vegan, sugar-free multivitamin with magnesium. However, I won’t be buying these again, for a couple reasons:The fact that “maltodextrine” is listed as an ingredient is confusing. Maltodextrin is a type of carb (almost as bad for you as sugar), yet the nutrition facts claim that there are zero net carbs. This leaves 3 possibilities: • the gummies don’t have any maltodextrin (I thought “maltodextrine” was just an alternate spelling of maltodextrin, but who really knows what it means?) • the amount of maltodextrin is less than 1 gram (and thus nutritionally insignificant) • these gummies are made using a digestion-resistant form of maltodextrin (if this is true, the ingredient name should be changed to “resistant maltodextrin” so people like me don’t get confused)The other issue is that these gummies had a beet flavor, which I didn’t really enjoy.I’ve switched to “Lifeable” brand gummies—they don’t provide magnesium but otherwise are much better, in my opinion.

They’re good! Don’t let the bad reviews scare you away
They taste alright. Its a vitamin supplement, it’s not supposed to be the tastiest thing you’ve ever eaten. I started this supplement for various reasons: my nails were brittle after a manicure gone wrong, hair was falling due to anxiety, and wanted to supplement w/ magnesium citrate for mood-boosting. Since I’ve been taking them, my hair has been growing strong and so have my nails. Mood has also improved.

Worse flavor than the previous zero carb vitamin and uses maltodextrine
I previously used the Zero sugar version of the vitamin d and multi vitamins, which are made with pectin and agar agar. I really liked these. However these were out of stock for a while so I bought this to give it a try.I hate these. They taste like the nasty chalky vitamins you had to take as a kid. They smell like that too. Then I read the ingredients to find out it’s made with maltodextrine which is unfortunate. They market these a diabetic but it feels like false advertising. If the other kind doesn’t come back in stalk I’ll find a new brand.

Delicious, nutritious
I honestly have to limit myself to the recommended number. I love them. I only bought them because I have been on Metformin for a year and someone mentioned that I might be lacking nutrients. I honestly do feel better, and they are chewy.
