I really love this yoga wheel. It is thick and wide – wider than another yoga wheel I have. As a result it feels more stable.It feels very sturdy and high quality. The outside rim and the surface texture apply moderate – moderate+ pressure on contact points. When I first got the wheel I wasn’t sure if I liked that but as I kept using it I grew to really appreciate that. Since that time, I got another wheel – this one smooth and slightly thinner. Thinking I would enjoy the smooth surface and in contrast it just felt so flimsy. I would recommend this wheel as long as you’re okay with the surface texture.

But I’ll give it 10/10 anyways because that’s what I get for not reading the whole description lol😂😂 but otherwise it works pretty well. It’s very stability, it just relieves a lot of pain, and it’s good for beginners and it’s made with a durable material, so I don’t see it breaking any time soon. It you work a desk job or a physical job I would recommend it either way

YMMV with this kind of product, but after hearing a friend rave about her [insert bird sound] Wheel, I wanted to try this one out for myself.One thing I will say is that—if you’re a beginner—just spend the few extra bucks and get the set of 3. It’s only $13 more than the 13″ wheel on its own, and chances are you’re going to want to work your way up to the biggest one. I went right to the 13″ (after trying a much smaller similar product from noted friend above) thinking it would be fine, but…yeah, I would have been better going to the 10″ first, lol. I’m tall and clumsy, so getting the hang of the 13″ has been sort of humbling.That said, it really does stretch my back out better than anything else I’ve tried. I definitely can hear a little bit of popping when I roll down my spine on it. This is one of those things that is going to take a bit of patience to get the hang of, and isn’t always “comfortable,” but I can definitely tell a difference after I use it as far as feeling a little more loose and limber.

Not as big as I expected but actually very comfy and compact for me. I definitely like the color and I was exited to try it as soon as I got. Happy with my wellness purchase. Nothing now can stop 🛑 me from work outs.

I got this yoga wheel specifically for helping stretch out my back. I have mild scoliosis and sciatic nerve issues, and many ways of stretching my back out to relieve pressure end up hurting/injuring me, being very uncomfortable, or just don’t work.I’ve never used a wheel like this before, but my friend has watched MANY videos about similar (more expensive) products and when she saw me pull this out of the box, she got SUPER excited to try it. So she showed me how to use it, and both her, I, and our tall male partners all tried it out.It works better for my friend and I than for our partners, though I wonder if that’s because they’re not relaxing enough (they both seemed like stuff boards when they tried, whereas my friend and I (we are both short and curvy) easily draped over it.Both my friend and I IMMEDIATELY gave out a loud sigh of relief when we used this yoga wheel, as it popped all the way up our backs (I can usually only ever get one area of my back to pop with most methods), and we both appreciated the hip-opening effect this gave us (we have both given birth and have had hip problems ever since).This wheel supports a LOT of weight! I am very petite, my friend is larger than me, my partner is quite tall and thin but solidly built, and my friend’s partner is VERY TALL and built like a brick house from manual labor. This wheel easily supported each of us with now bowing or buckling (my partner’s friend was concerned this yoga wheel was going to just be crushed under him, because it looks like a small pink foam wheel that could be easily squished).The tread on this wheel keeps it from sliding around when in use. The foam does pick up a lot of dirt – you’ll find out just how clean your floor actually is when you use this, haha! It wipes clean fairly easily, though.It does work well as a yoga prop, it helps those of us who need a little assistance with some poses, or if you prefer a solid prop for pose modification. The included guide to using it with yoga poses is handy.My friend loved it so much I had to send her the link. This yoga wheel is much more affordable than the brand she was initially looking at.
