Great box, but drill pilot holes
The box is sturdy and pretty easy to assemble. I would certainly buy it again. It comes with an allen wrench for the screws and with a few extra screws, which is nice. Note, however, that you should drill pilot holes using a 1/8″ bit (or maybe 7/64″). Without a pilot hole, you’re likely to strip the screw heads and possibly split the sides. Also leave the sides a little loose before you put in the interior cross braces. Get them positioned, then tighten the sides. Two other minor notes: (1) The grippy surface on one side of my box was slightly defective (see picture), but it is not a big deal. The surface provides a good amount of friction. (2) The printed instructions do not depict the internal cross-braces accurately. The pictures show the end blocks on each crosspiece placed on alternate sides of the crosspiece, but the end blocks are on the same side. This doesn’t affect the functioning.

    Great plyo box
Great plot box. Very sturdy. I have used this for a couple months now and it is still great. It adds a new level to our workouts and versatile so that my kids can join in as well. It was easy to put together and very well made.

I’m with the others regarding ease of assembly.
The box is well sized but not very tight in dimensions. There are tiny gaps because the cutout corners are not squared. Enough screws to do the job, good quality plywood and nice reinforcement at the center made up for it. But… The screws have metric Allen head slots and they give you a bent Allen key. Yeah, right. I would’ve spent two days and would’ve ended up with bruised fingers if I had used it. You will need a drill and be lucky enough to find the right bit size. I tried three sets I have in my basement until one fit. With the right bit and a cordless drill assembling it is a breeze. Use it every time I walk by it at home.

    Good Value Plyobox
I purchased the 24″X20″X16″ version of the plyobox for my home gym and would buy it again. As the price was less than it would have cost me to purchase just the plywood, it’s a good value. It’s made of quality 3/4″ plywood, the joints are accurately cut, the non-skid surface is a nice touch, and the markings were cleanly done with a CNC. The few voids in the plywood edges (normal for good quality plywood) that would have been visible were filled by the manufacturer. The edges were eased so that they were not sharp. The assembled box is sturdy and solid. While assembly was not difficult, I took off one star as the instructions claimed that there were three different “golden” screws for the internal brace. These were not present in my package but there were enough of the other screws to complete this step.A few assembly tips:* I pre-drilled each hole before driving the screws to minimize the chance that the plywood would split.* The included screws are allen key drive; I used a power drill with an allen bit rather than the included small allen key.* I also took a router with a round-over bit and rounded the inside and outside of the handle cutouts so that they are more comfortable to use. As delivered, the handles were cut square and hard on the hands.

    Love it!
This box is fantastic! I really lije how sturdy it is and its design. The only complaint I had was putting it together. There were a ton of screws. Other than that, I love this product.

YOU WILL NEED POWER TOOLS, GLUE, AND WISH YOU HAD 3 HOURS OF YOUR LIFE BACK
I don’t make a habit of posting negative reviews unless something is egregious, but “pre-drilled” holes is lies and BS. Let me save you some time and heartache/hassle. For someone who likes to build things and has tools and spare time, this could be a great fit.DO NOT BUY THIS PLYO BOX UNLESS YOU HAVE:- 3 + hours of time to dedicate to assembly- at least an 18V drill that is fully charged and ready, and 3.18mm drill bit(1/8″). I had a 20V that I used.- a 3mm Bit Socket and Ratchet/Socket wrench- Wood Glue- sandpaper (not pictured)- rubber mallet- patienceThe kit mentions gold, white and silver screws. THERE ARE NO GOLD OR WHITE SCREWS. You will have silver screws. They are somewhat soft and if you have ape hands like me, you might break a few.Because the exterior particleboard has a finish on it, the 18V+ drill is important – my 12V lighter, snappier drill didn’t have enough torque even with my ape hands pushing on it to power through the particleboard. My 20V made it happen. The particleboard edges need some quick sanding and you might get some splinters, and in many places the cool black finish has simply splintered off. It looks like the parts have seen war, or, have at least had a journey of nobody caring. Literally, someone threw wood and gave no poops about how the product would arrive. The instructions are hilarious. They reference putting together a product that has been thoughfully drilled with pieces that fit. Throw the instructions away, they are not helpful. Ikea will look like Shakespeare after this. Here’s how this goes: The interior support pieces also aren’t pre-drilled. You’ll need to drill ’em. The particleboard is soft, so plan to also back it up with glue. Put it aside and let the connection firm up.Assemble the exterior structural walls (I used a box to keep it level) and pre-drill for the screws. Try the EDGE screws first, then the center screw but only about 90% tight. Once you have the exterior walls and bottom floor in place, you’ll need to install the center support.Pre-drill this one as well. Tap it in place with the rubber mallet, and then place wood glue along the edges before screwing into place – FULLY tighten.Tap the “ceiling” panel into place. Again, pre-drill and get all the screws in 90%.Here is where you’ll need to rubber mallet tap and then 100% tighten with the ratchet/socket wrench until you see visible gaps close up.Had I known this would take 3+ hours and a lot of patience, I would have purchased a very different item. The edges remain rough, I’ll need to sand them again, and one corner isn’t exactly flush which upsets me but isn’t worth the level of effort to go back through to fix. The cool hex pattern was also splintered off, so it looks like my plyo box saw combat. I’m not happy about this, but after gathering all my tools and unpacking and recyling the box, it was more effort/hassle to drive the thing to a return spot (after paying for a box) since amazon won’t pick stuff up from your house anymore without an epic fee … don’t buy this plyo box unless you have all the tools listed. You’ll regret it.And, if you estimate your free time to have a cost – $20/hr? $30/hr? PLUS the cost of tools or renting of tools… this is one really expensive plyo box. Search elsewhere.

    小学生のサッカー少年用に購入。簡易の電動ドライバーにて組み立て。ひとりで組み立て10分少々掛かりました。ボックスの面には滑り止めが施されています。見た目も安くないですし頑丈にできてます。
