I was worried this would slide across the floor when I got it like some other models I tried but thankfully had no such problems. This makes for a great automatic foot elliptical with different schedule modes you can pick through that go automatically. The plans periodically shift between forwards and backwards motions making for a good routine. The remote works as a strong convience versus leaning down to use the buttons on it always. It makes some sound but nothing that feels too much. It is built solid too. It is easy to use but you do have to drag it out to set it up if you put away of course. While it is massively more portable than a big elliptical it still weighs a tiny bit at 12 pounds. Still I’d easily recommend it.

More or less like every other generic under desk elliptical. Only marked down because out of this one and the other one I have at 99 USD, I see no reason this costs so much more. They have the same functions and are both generic, no name brands. As far as this goes though, it works fine for its intended use.

It has 12 adjustable speeds that can be adjusted with the wireless remote control that is included, the elliptical has a power cord that will need to be plugged into an AC wall outlet to power on. You can changed modes, adjust the speed with the remote & the elliptical has an LED screen indicator that has real-time data tracking for time, speed, distance & calorie counting. It also has a 2-in-1 auto & manual mode for using the elliptical with forward or backward movement & is equipped with a low noise quiet & smooth operation that is easy to use. This elliptical is made well & functions greatly, I wasn’t aware that it had an auto mode, I assumed only the pressure or weight was adjustable but the auto speed is adjustable with manual preset programs. Much better than I expected. I am an old man in my 70’s and I have Parkinson’s disease with ataxia so I am unable to walk very well. This Under Desk Elliptical Machine gives me the ability to sit in my chair and peddle all day and get some exercise while working on my coordination with my legs. This machine works very well for giving me the exercise I need anytime I need it. I found that when the machine is turned off you can still use the peddles for exercise, there is a little more tension so there is a little more workout. This only adds to the exercise I need and forces me to keep trying to coordinate my legs and peddle. This machine is a wonder for me and my health.💯💯💯

Good For People Who Spend All day Long Sitting

Nice addition to exercise routine or for sedentary people
I had never used an under-desk machine like this before and was a bit skeptical. But so far, I like it and think it will help with toning my legs. I do exercise (2-3x a week on a home treadmill), but I would like to get my upper legs more toned and less flabby. I wasn’t sure this could help with that area, but even after 15 minutes on the lowest intensity, I can feel it in my hamstrings. This would also be great for people who are more sedentary to help get their circulation going. With 12 modes/speeds, anyone can find one that is suitable for them. And it is indeed ready to go out of the box, which is great for people like me who have absolutely no patience for putting things together. Recommend.

Si tratta, come è evidente, di una pedana ellittica da sedia (o poltrona o divano, come si preferisce), ovvero da usare da seduti, mentre si lavora o si guarda la TV, o magari si legge un libro.Ero molto curioso di provare questo attrezzo ginnico che definirei per pigri, ma valido di sicuro per le persone anziane, quelle che escono poco di casa, io sono piuttosto avanti con gli anni ma non mi definirei anziano anche se un tempo alla mia età avrei percepito la pensione, alla quale invece mi manca ancora un po’.Appena mi è stata consegnata l’ho subito provata, l’uso è intuitivo, una volta inserita la spina nella presa della corrente a 220V e le batterie nel telecomando è pronta per funzionare, a proposito le due batterie ministilo necessarie per il telecomando sono incluse nella confezione, una attenzione per il cliente che non hanno tutti i produttori di apparecchiature elettriche, forse funziona anche senza corrente, non ho approfondito questa eventualità, ci ho fatto fare un paio di giri da spenta ma onestamente preferisco farlo a macchina accesa.Ovviamente non è indicata per i bambini, non è un giocattolo e non la si deve usare standoci in piedi sopra, ma solo da seduti, è dotata di 12 programmi e dodici velocità, queste ultime si possono variare solo in modalità manuale, così come è possibile variare il tempo di funzionamento.Dotata di display che indica il tempo, il programmi, la velocità, ecc. come ho anticipato è davvero semplice da utilizzare, ci ho già fatto diverse “sedute” per almeno un’ora di esercizio, ora dire che sia un’alternativa ad una sana corsa all’aria aperta o in palestra credo sia esagerato, così come si possa pensare che possa far dimagrire, ma l’attività fisica comunque è di una certa utilità, dopo gli esercizi non sentivo certamente i muscoli delle gambe affaticati ma una sensazione di utilizzo degli stessi l’ho provata, insomma ne sono soddisfatto è la utilizzerò tutti i giorni, poi se mi dovessero tornare i muscoli che avevo quando facevo canottaggio allora aggiornerò di nuovo la presente, ma non ci conto molto, anzi per niente, e non solo per una questione di idoneità o meno della macchina ma soprattutto per l’età del sottoscritto.In conclusione si tratta di un articolo interessante, il prezzo al momento della recensione di circa 160 euro non saprei se definirlo congruo, attrezzi simili vanno dai 100 ai 400 euro, ma non ho contezza di altri modelli, quindi in definitiva rilascerò una valutazione massima perché come anticipato sono soddisfatto della mia nuova palestra.Ringrazio il programma Amazon Vine che mi ha offerto di provare e usare gratuitamente questo articolo per la ginnastica delle gambe da seduto.Spero di essere stato di aiuto, la confezione è protettiva, a prova di corriere, contiene anche un breve manuale di istruzioni, oltre al cavo elettrico e due pile per il telecomando, incluso quest’ultimo ovviamente, è presente la sezione in italiano, la qualità apparente è discreta, non particolarmente esaltante sia nella plastica che nell’estetica, ma direi tutto sommato più che accettabile, è ovvio che usandola tutti i giorni ritornerò ad aggiornare la presente recensione per indicare i progressi ottenuto e l’eventualità di guasti se questi si dovessero presentare, cosa che davvero non mi auguro, dimenticavo è presente anche un piccolo contenitore di grasso per lubrificare i meccanismi.Se sono stato utile Vi ringrazio.
