Not Hands Free
First, the bad. The top holes for the shoelaces were not open so I had to poke a hole for the shoelaces to go through. They are not “hands free”. The tongue slides into the shoe and the heel rolls in when I try to step in. They are no different than any other athletic shoe. Easiest way to get on is untie and pull on then retie. Definitely a disappointment. But now the good. For the price, they fit well and are comfortable. I haven’t decided whether I’ll send them back or not but if you’re looking for “hands free”, as I was skip these.

Not what was advertised at all!
I did not expect a terrific pair of shoes for what I paid, but the tennis shoes are in NO WAY “hands free slip on” sneakers. They are, plain and simple, an everyday sneaker. You have to sit down, hold the back loop so that when you slip them on, the back won’t fold down, and then you tie the non-elastic shoe laces to secure the shoe. It’s fine to offer an inexpensive sneaker, but to totally misrepresent what the product is — that is not okay!

Make it clear what kind of shoe they are.
I was under the impression that these were a step in shoe and they are not. I will keep them because once I get them on they are very comfortable.
