It works for weight loss, bloating and constipation
I used to only write reviews of products when they were below my expectations but I figured it makes sense to write about items that exceed expectations too. I have struggled with losing weight for years now, tried every diet known to man and end up losing weight and still feel bloated or gain it right back. After extensive research I learnt that probiotics can help weight loss so i figured I’ll give it a try. I took 2 capsules 2 hours before bed for about a month. While losing weight, I have more energy and don’t feel hungry as much when I wake up. My tape measure shows that I lost 4 inches around my waist, I still need to order a scale for the number. If you’re on the fence, buy it. It really works

Love everything about it
I love that it’s vegan and the quality is excellent. I switched from another brand that I thought was good quality especially for the price, however it wasn’t vegan, but I was amazed at how much better this vegan brand is for keeping my body balanced and healthy, and it’s affordable!Also, they offered me a free product with the arrival of my 2nd purchase, so I contacted them, and they were incredibly friendly and helpful in making sure it gets sent to me. My only disappointment was that the product ran out, but. as soon as they were back in supply, they emailed me to send me two bottles. Amazing!!!Update: I love this brand and my only wish is that they provide an option for more supplements in one bottle or a smaller bottle as the ratio of supplements to the container size is huge.

So I know this sounds nuts ut I received these today and took my first one with lunch and I am 100% serious I can already tell there’s significant improvement in my flora, for real, after 8 hours. So I highly recommend if you have any issues with your lady stuff, buy this you will not be disappointed.

Great Overall Value
I’ve been using probiotics daily for several years. I can tell they’re working from reduced gas, bloating, abdominal discomfort, and never having anything to wipe after el numero duo’s. I bought this one in recent months because of a it’s competitive advantages, which I don’t need to repeat. I do extensive comparison shopping on virtually everything I buy, and if this does & has all it states, it’s one of the best values around. I’ve been taking just 1 cap a day along with another probiotic, and digestive enzymes, so can’t speak to it’s quality & effectiveness objectively solo. But it must be doing well, because there have been times I’ve stopped taking them and it’s taken several days to have to do the wiping thang instead of just a few before adding this probiotic. I’m about to reorder now so going forward for a while, I’ll try this product by itself absent the others and give it a good test. But overall, I honestly believe it’s doing what it’s supposed to do in concert with its advantages, so for now I have to give it a 5 thumbs up.

What is the point of a subscription if you never get it on time? I love this product, but I always run out. I get it faster if i cancel the order, and then reorder at full price. Amazon needs to get it together!

My favorite probiotic!
I have tried a few different brands of probiotics, mainly because this one was not available when I needed to reorder, and I was so happy when I was able to find it in stock again. I will not change brands again, if I can help it. I gave a 4 star rating for easy to swallow, it would have been 5 if I didn’t have a tendency to have an issue swallowing capsules, regardless of their size. Smaller ones have gotten stuck, and a bite of food is necessary to push it along because liquids aren’t enough. But that is just me, and with all capsules, not just this one. But all in all, this is my go to probiotic!
