Decent formulation of a variety of supplements
Because vitamins & supplements are not closely regulated it’s difficult to gauge the effectiveness of one brand versus another. All I can attest to is that my experience with this brand had no ill effects. I’ve used different saw palmetto supplements regularly for BPH. The price point of these capsules is reasonable considering there is a good variety of additional supplements in this formulation. Also note, that these capsules are also y since it’s 2 capsules per dose.
