Easy to use treadmill and great customer service
I really have enjoyed this walking pad for it’s ease of use, mobility, incline, remote control and functionality with my work from home setup. It allows me to get my steps and exercises in while I work and has vastly helped me improve my fitness goals and activity when I usually sit for long periods of time. It fits under my adjustable height desk too, which is great! About 3 months into owning, I had some issues with the motor but the company support and service was absolutely amazing in helping me figure out the problem and assisting with a solution. Thanks Wellfit for the great service and assistance with the product after purchasing.

Great little treadmill.
I’d researched walking pads and small space treadmills until I was so confused that I was almost at the point of giving up the idea of purchasing one altogether.Ideally, I wanted something that would fit in a small space, is easily moveable and robust enough for daily fast paced walks. I was also hoping for a unit that could handle jog paced intervals.I’m so glad I bit the bullet and finally took a chance on this one. The treadmill arrived on time and in good condition. There was very little assembly required and it was up and ready to use in no time. The belt for walking is more narrow than a standard treadmill and took a little getting used to. If you occasionally drag a foot, it’s easy to stumble and I’m pretty sure face-planting would not be fun. A little care and attention is suggested. That said, the treadmill works great and has exceeded my expectations in its speed capacity. I won’t be sprinting, but I can get a good workout in on the days when I can’t get outside.The remote control is very small and because I was afraid of misplacing it, I attached it to one of the treadmill handles. don’t think I’ve ever used it though. The buttons on the treadmill itself work fine and are intuitive enough that I can speed up, slow down or stop very easily.Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. With proper maintenance (lubrication and belt alignment), I’m hoping it will last for quite a long time.

Best value I can find
I didn’t search hard so maybe I got lucky because this seems to be a great quality treadmill for little money. Max speed is reported 7.6mpg/7.9minute mile. Incline must be manually adjusted with the screw type feet. It has mid tread feet to prevent sagging. Tread is a bit narrow but it works and can fit under the bed. Starting and stopping is a gradual speed ramp up and down. The emergency stop sensor causes a near immediate and total stop, which I found impressive. The app works except that the scenic workouts don’t actually display any scenery, just a blank black screen. Can operate using the handle controls, the app or the physical remote. Treadmill display auto alternates between speed, time, distance and calories. Overall I’m very happy with the value.

I work weird hours and have a kid at home so my fitness has gone down hill over the past five years.Setup is quick and easy.Small and light enough that it’s easily movable. Foldable handles make stashing it away easy.I’m 6ft 230lbs and it’s still pretty quiet to run on at the highest speed.It is a bit narrow, but even at my size it hasn’t been an issue as long as you keep foot placement in mind.I would purchase again.

Treadmill under Desk Walking Pad WFTM004
I received my treadmill yesterday and as I was setting it up, I noticed a crack on the on the left side of the belt. I haven’t used it yet and now I’m so disappointed. I am waiting to hear from the WELLFIT Co. with a response of how to proceed. For reasons like this, I do not like buying online.Depending on how the company responds, I will go back in and change my rating. As of now, I’m giving a 1 star because of the crack.
