Very Sturdy Weight Bench
I am a grandma that bought this for my my grandson who has lost over 100 pounds through working out and a balanced diet. It is amazing how much he has changed. He is 18 years old now and looks like a different person from a year ago. He has always used hand weights and either the floor to lay on or standing up. He is really enjoying using the bench. He is in the process of buying a stand to sit in the back that will hold the weights if he uses a bar weight. Not sure if I am using the correct terminology here. I just want to say that he was thrilled when he received this bench at Christmas time and uses it everyday to improve his health.

Great for the price
This is a solidly built product, though smaller than I imagined (my fault, I didn’t pay attention to the dimensions but the pictures are photoshopped and misleading). Comfortable to use and is sturdy enough (I’m 6’2”, 205 lbs for reference). The elastic bands that came with it are too long to offer enough resistance while seated on the bench. Folds up nice.
