Great walking pad
Great value for product.Functional for walking, max speed 3.8, goes up in increments of 2.I am 5’7” and like to have a fairly long stride, and the length of the walking surface allows for that. I don’t step on the front or feel like I’m falling off the back.Remote is small enough to put in pocket if needed. Belt is easily adjusted.I read many, many walking pad reviews prior to purchasing and am happy I went with this one.

This is the perfect size for work from home! Simple to use!
So I learned a few things already. The instructions do say to oil it and gives you a schedule for the future. It doesn’t run smoother after being oiled. If you walk toward the back of the walking area, it doesn’t like that so much so you do want to stay front and centered.It’s more lightweight than I expected and I love that! It slide really easily under and out from my bed. It’s easy to turn on and just get started going. Its lowest speed is .6 and I found that 1.2 to 1.8 is a good walking speed while I’m working. It’s quiet too other than you can hear the obvious sliding of the walking pad go around. That’s to be expected though.Shipping was excellent, the walking pad came undamaged even though the box was kind of beat up. It was packaged really well actually. I was happy about the amount of packing materials was just right in my opinion.You do need to get two AAA batteries, they are not included. We already had some.I think this was honestly a great process too. I got it at the same time a coupon was going on so that was a nice incentive on top.I’ve already convinced my mom to buy one for herself too! This is perfect for getting a simple body movement going at home at any time!

Not bad for the price.
I been using this treadmill for about a week now. It’s very simple to use but I wish it had a couple more quality of life features such as the ability to pause a workout. Also, due to my daily schedule I can only really use it in the evening: The beeps that the machine makes when you turn it on or use the remote are pretty loud, so I wish there was a way to turn the volume down a little somehow. The belt itself is fairly stable however if you have an awkward gait it may be more prone to shifting around. I’ve noticed it may shift depending on the surface you’re using it on as well as if it’s level or not.Being that it’s an under-desk treadmill the belt is kind of narrow which might feel awkward for some (including myself) but it takes some getting used to. The compact size makes it easy to store but at 30lbs it might be a little strenuous to move around or carry if you need to. It would probably more convenient not to move the machine around frequently.I can’t complain much considering it wasn’t very expensive, especially for something that is potentially life-saving/changing, but it could definitely use some improvements. I’ll update my review as I put some more use into it.

Remote doesn’t even work
3/17/2025I just received my walking pad and my remote doesn’t work even with new batteries. Unable to call customer service on website, the phone number is invalid. I can’t find another way to contact customer service or find any trouble shooting online. What do I do now? I can’t work the treadmill without the remote so I have a useless machine now. Need customer service to reply or send a new remote or I need to return the item.Update 3/18/2025The QR code on the treadmill has a link to the app store to download an app where there is another way to use the treadmill when you don’t have a working remote. So I was able to get it started and used it today. I am now irritated by a loud clicking noise when I walk. I did the entire set up exactly and used the oil, let it run on low for a while before using the treadmill. I just can’t get over this clicking. I am so sad. I really really was excited for this device and I really wanted to love this! But the added problems and lack of customer service or any replies from them is getting so frustrating. Is this clicking going to stop??

Great walking pad
I had purchased this pad Aug 2024. Wanted to give it a few months of use to give my honest review. I use it just about every week it works very well. It’s under my standing desk, use it while I’m doing school work helps keep me doing exercise while I am in college full time online. Definitely worth the purchase!

I was in the fence about getting a walking pad for a while, as I was concerned I wouldn’t actually use it or it would be hard to walk and work but I finally bit the bullet and I have no regrets. In the past month since owning this walking pad, I have more than doubled my step count from 3-5k average to 10-15k steps now. I feel great and I’m so much more productive at work. I even use it for reading books or watching TV too!Now, on the review of this specific product:The walking pad came in a big box already as is, so there is nothing assemble other than lubricating the belt which there is oil and instructions the product comes with so thats easy too. This walking pad is stylish and very easy to move around as it’s not very heavy and it has wheels on the top to help you roll it around. When I’m not using it just push it off the side, or I’ll store it up right next to my desk since it’s the perfect size for small spaces or for storage.In terms of actually operating the walking pad, it’s very easy to use the remote that comes with it. From the remote you are able to control the speed, mode and ON/OFF. It’s very convenient to have. The display screen is very bright and easy to read.I was worried that the walking pad might be too loud and people would hear it my meetings but it’s actually not loud at all. No one can usually tell I’m walking on it during meetings.Overall, if you are looking to up your multi tasking game, as well as improve your health and feel better you should stop thinking about it and just buy this product!!!

Llevo más de 6 meses usandola y todo bien!! a veces rechina un poco pero le pones aceite y se compone. La uso diario minimo 40 min y a veces hasta más (pero nunca más de 50min continuos). Me ha servido bastante!

la caminadora nunca encendió y al querer hacer el reembolso, el vendedor me pidio pagar el envio de regreso (a EUA) el cual salió en más de 5,500 pesos, me aseguro que me iban a regresar ese dinero sin embargo una vez que hice el envio el vendedor me dejor de responder, me regresaron lo de la camionadora pero no lo del envío, ahora estoy respaldandome en la garantía AZ de amazón y si pasa la revisión, me regresaran ese dienero en monedero electronico.

Estaba muy entusiasmada con la compra de la caminadora, sin embargo tardo casi veinte días en llegar y eso quizás sea lo de menos pero llegó rota de una esquina.A pesar de seguir las instrucciones de inicio, uso y ajuste de la banda, fue muy complicado centrar la banda y aunque lo logré, no tardé ni un minuto en caminar cuando la banda se corría hacia el lado izquierdo.Lograba ajustar la banda con mucha dificultad y la banda nunca se quedó centrada, en menos de un minuto pasaba lo mismo, lo intenté varias veces y siempre pasó lo mismo.Tenía muchas expectativas de la caminadora porque me guíe por los comentarios y la buena calificación del producto y el vendedor y me lleve gran decepción.
