High quality supplement with olive oil carrier
This is a standard-dosage vitamin E supplement: 267mg is about 400 IU in the way they used to measure it. That will probably be a more familiar measurement to older shoppers.More unusual is that these are in a capsule form and not softgel form. I do wonder how well these capsules would hold up to storage longer-term. It does say my bottle expires in January 2026 and I should easily get through my current bottle and this one before then, anyway.Interestingly, the filler is olive oil, not soybean as in my other brand (and most brands). That’s nice if you are avoiding soy for whatever reason.Overall these look like a high-quality vitamin E option.

Love this-Pharmacist reviewed-Made in the USA-At the time of this writing, the manufacturer has not mentioned on this site whether a GMP certified facility was used or if there was 3rd party testing done. Recommend adding this information prominently to this site. Bovine Gelatin
Nutricashop Vitamin E 267 mg capsules are liquid vitamin E with carrier oil of olive oil in a bovine gelatin which I love for added support. Comes with 50 liquid capsules in the bottle. Suggested is 1 a day with a meal. I appreciate made in Orlando, Florida in the USA. Easy to Swallow.

I like that this is a liquid capsule for Vitamin E and that the “Other Ingredients” is only two items: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and bovine gelatin. Serving size is one capsule a day and there are 50 caps in the bottle so it’ll last a bit more than a month and a 1/2. Liquid Filled Gelcaps
Based on the ingredients, this is pure Vitamin E in Olive Oil as the carrier oil. And I really appreciate that the gelatin is not pork derived. Would prefer vegan gelcaps but bovine is better than porcine gelatin.Vitamin E and Olive oil are both great for skin, and for nails too- so I can easily snip the tip of the gel cap off with a sharp scissor and pour the contents out to moisturizer my skin.This is an excellent product whether you want to ingest it or use it topically. Good price for 60 pills.

Great vitamin e, great for nails too
This supplement’s focus is helping with the immune system. It says it has vitamin e oil in the capsules. The bottle comes sealed with 50 capsules . You only have to take one a day with a meal and water. Which gives you 50 days to gauge any health related benefits. Usually a few days will give you a sense of any adverse reactions or upset stomach.The capsules are easy to swallow as they are not big. I haven’t had any side effects or upset stomach with use. It seems to use quality ingredients, and the price point is ok.Additionally it is great as an oil to put on your cuticles. Just or anywhere you need moisturizing. I learned this from my grandmother.

Real vitamin E
Many vitamin E supplements may not be natural vitamin e. Some are synthetic. This one is not and I will not take synthetic vitamin E. In case you don’t know synthetic vitamin E will say DL – Alpha tocopherol. Natural vitamin E says d – Alpha tocopherol. So dl is synthetic. This is a good value there is a month of it and it is a good antioxidant. Keep in mind I am not a health care practitioner or doctor trying to cure anyone or recommend anything or prescribe anything these are just my own experiences. Your results May Vary
