There are plenty of books on the necessity of taking Ds. I thought, I get a lot of sun exposure so I probably dont need the ds but my lab showed low d level. I’m not always on top of taking it every day but when I do, I feel more energetic. The k2 is also very important. Lots of great books on why we need it!
