Always looking for vitamins that don’t make me nauseas. These liquid drops are great. I guess they are working, haven’t noticed any significant difference but glad I’m able to take the tincture in the mornings and not feel sick.

Large bottle, with a great ratio of healthy ingredients, easy to place under tongue twice a day. It is a health based oil liquid, if you are sensitive to that kind of fluid.My mood is affected by grey dreary sky and lack of sunshine, so need to supplement year round.This is a good deal with the size of bottle and amount of Vit D and K per serving. I also supplement with a multivitamin and an additional vitamin B sublingual daily.Please, do your research, as many people who take an anti coagulant need to watch their intake of Vit K.

POOR QUALITY CONTROL
LAST 2 ORDERS FOR H2/D3 LIQUID ARRIVED DAMAGED. THE FIRST WAS ENTIRELY BROKEN AND EMPTY WITHIN A GOOEY/MESSY PACKAGE. THE SECOND ARRIVED RECENTLY WITH THE DROPPER TOP NOT SCREWED ON COMPLETELY AND HAD LEAKED SLIGHTLY.

Careful w dropper
The entire thing minus the rubber top is glass. Be mindful when you are shaking it and squeezing it. My only red flag was the dropper, the rubber up top leaks when i squeeze it. Other than that, is easy to use and i take it in the AM before my shower. It does have a hint of fish taste but it works. I drink it like a shot once under my tongue and sip some water with in.

Easy to take…no food required.
This is a largely tasteless supplement, and since it’s suspended in MCT oil, you can take it without food. I don’t know if I feel exceptionally better taking this, but I definitely don’t feel worse. D3/K2 is so important for good health. I’m happy with this product and will definitely reorder when I need more.
