Nice option for getting the vitamin D and K2
My son’s doctor told him to start taking 2000iu vitamin per day. From what I have read, you need to take K2 as well for absorption. Most vitamins I see being sold are 5000 IU, so I finally found this one to fit his needs. He likes the flavor, so he’s happy with it.

We bought these based on review of several YT and independent reviews. So far they seem to be working well, good flavor, seem to be easily absorbed with no negatives noted to date. I’ll make an update if anything changes, if no update this review stands.

Working better for me
I like the flavor. I was taking one that i swallowed. This one seems to be fine i don’t mind the chewing it. I don’t how ever care for the recommendation of with each meal lm a one and done for the day person. However im getting use to it only 2 x daily. They seem to be working better for me. So I’ll stick with them

great taste, chewable, and has D3 with K2.
I really like this chewable–I take it with chewable Calcium tablets to help my bones-and K2 helps keep my arteries pliant to avoid calcification of blood vessels. I do get sunlight for a few minutes a day in Florida, but I keep up with the 2000 IU of D3 for the times I am working indoors most of the time.

Not Enough Vitamin K2 for Me
I’m really sensitive to Vitamin D and after taking this for a year my muscles and joints have really started to ache after light exercise. I’ve stopped taking it and started taking a separate Vitamin K2 with both MK7 and MK4 at higher levels. After about 2 weeks I’m feeling so much better! I’m also taking a different Vitamin D and lowering the dose to 1000-1500 IU. Oh, and my blood calcium levels while on this supplement were on the very high end, almost near 11.
