Great Vitamin D3 + K2 Supplement
This supplement is great for those who want to make sure they’re getting enough vitamin D. The pills are small and easy to swallow. They’re approximately 0.75 inches (2 cm) in length. The pills are tasteless too.They’re labeled as gluten free but not marked as being vegetarian or vegan. I haven’t had any negative side effects and they seem to work well. They’re a great value too.

My wife suffers from thin brittle nails and hair prone to split ends due to medication she has to take. After taking this supplent for 4-5 weeks both are significantly stronger and her nails dont break or tear at the slight pressure anymore. Great Quality
Has helped me with calcium absorption. Noticeably stronger teeth with less looseness. Loose teeth is osteoporosis of the jaw. From what I understand Vit D3 helps calcium be absorbed by the gut then Vit K2 transports it to the bones and teeth. Without Vit K the calcium can be deposited in soft tissue (which isn’t good) instead of bones and teeth. Vit K also helps remove calcium deposits in the arteries. Pretty crucial and seemingly overlooked vitamin from what I’ve found.
