These are my go-to supplements to get my VitD up, as directed by my medical team. I have them on autoship!They are a little sticky so be aware when putting them into a pill sorter with other meds. I have found other pills stuck to them but not dissolving – as I have seen with other gummy supplements.My 4/5 is only because they stick together and are a little resistant to get out of the bottle… BUT… if you drop the bottle they don’t go flying everywhere so that’s good!
