サプリは体への負担を考えて最低限に抑えたい。ビタミンDに絞って買ったので効果が楽しみです。しかも1年分。お得だし小粒で飲みやすい！調子に合わせて2粒飲んでも1日摂取量の上限なのでそこも決め手。冬に鬱っぽくなりやすいため少しでもマシになればいいなって期待を込めて飲んでます。あとは免疫力のために。日光浴びない、魚が食べれない私にはビタミンDを食品から摂るのが難しいため助かります。あくまでも補助食品です。ゼラチンに対してや、配合成分についてよくわからない口コミを書いている方がいますが、不安ならサプリや薬は飲まない方がよろしいかと思います。食品から摂れる方は不安を抱えてまで買わなくていいと思います。
