Finally my vitamin d went up
I drank this like for a month almost daily and I finally got my vit d higher. Not too much, jus a lil bit . Very effective. Very nice. No side effects so far, only that I stopped getting sick frequently 100/10Still drinking it from time to time (since my vit d is in range). No side effects so far (few months in use)

Review Update: No Returns
I started taking D3 & K2 combination two years ago. I was taking much lower doses and didn’t feel much effect. I’ve been taking this brand and dosage for about two months. I can definitely feel the difference in my energy levels and mood. I am very happy I tried the higher dosage 🙂 The pill is easy to swallow and leaves no taste at all in the mouth. Great value for the price.I very much enjoy this product. However I received two bottles in a twin pack where the capsules were all stuck together. I cannot take even a single one. I thought a return would be simple, but there is not any returns accepted with this product. So, now I will have to shop for similar item in local health store as I cannot afford to spend thirty five dollars and not be able to take a single dose from two bottles.

Defected, Not good
Their ALL STUCK,THEY POP WHEN I TRY TO SEPERATENO REFUND PRODUCT. HIGHLY , WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.I had the bottoms sawed off in order to get the product out . The vitamin spills open when i tried to seperate them. The stay fresh packages did not keep the vitamins fresh.I WANT A REFUND !!!! THEIR SELLING DEFECTED MERCHANDISE AND KEEPING MY $$$$$WILL AMAZON HELP ME ?

Be careful
I knew when I bought this that my Mom was Vit D deficient. She is melanated, never gets sun and when my dad was going through a long illness over 2.5 years, we both didn’t take the best care of ourselves. So, I thought this would be perfect for both of us — especially after listening to a Dr. Berg video that toxicity is rare – an overexaggeration by scientists. After one week of being on this, my poor 78 yo mom is beyond constipated and I feel like I’ve been through the ringer. Sudden unbelievable fatigue. Sharp pains through my muscles. Stomach pains. The half life is 3 weeks so once I stop taking it, if I feel no improvement in 3 weeks, I will know it wasn’t this supplement and I’ll change my review…but I feel pretty certain, it is this. It’s the only thing new we’ve introduced. We’re both in a moderate carb, intermittent fasting lifestyle now and we’ve seen great health benefits until we started taking this. She was so deficient that her only symptom has been constipation so far but it’s severe and laxatives don’t help. For me, even though I am also brown, don’t get a great deal of sun and have been under stress, I have always taken 5000 to 10000 IU of D3 off and on so I k ow I wasn’t as depleted as she. I just thought that 20000 IU wasn’t enough to hurt me. I just think you need to be careful with it. It may be too much for some people. I’m going to put my mom back on the 5000 IU of d3/k2 I was on before I purchased this as I believe she needs it…as for me, I’m going to lay off for a minute.
