Vitamin D3 helps the body sequester calcium in the blood and deposit it. Now, depositing calcium sounds like a good thing–and it can be. But, depositing calcium in blood vessels or organs causes plaques to develop… you don’t want that.So, that’s why it is very important to always take vitamin D3 with vitamin K.Vitamin K, as phytonadione, methoquinone-7, and methoquinone-4 signal the vitamin D to deposit back into the bones. From skeptic to believer
Let’s just say I’m skeptical when it comes to ‘vitamins’ but these are really starting to work. I’ll admit it has taken 15 days but I feel as if a cloud has lifted. After a life changing accident 6 years ago when I crushed C4-C7, and broke L4, I had to start getting lumbar injections and as anyone knows steroids aren’t really good for you. When I recently broke an ankle while walking my dogs. The Dr sent me for a scan and I was told my bone structure was not good and it wasn’t going to get any better. After chatting to Physical medicine Dr he actually recommended these and said, it might take a while for them to work if they do any good at all, but we’ve tried everything else. I’ll admit I’m not going to be 21 again, but they’re starting to have an effect on my bones, they are strengthening, I was previously using bone up, but they are huge and very hard to swallow. These are easy, they actually absorb, so my body is making full use of everything, and there is zero aftertaste, even after the dreaded burp.I’m Impressed and will be adding these to my list of growing older pills.

Product worked well.. maybe too well. My vitamin D levels where low but I didn’t feel any difference in my body but I started taking these and omg, after a week I felt like I could run through a wall. I didn’t even know I was had a energy problem. It also helped with my mood. But…. after two weeks of taking it I started getting sleepy in the middle if the day and waking up still sleepy and lethargic. I looked up that high elevated d3 will do that. I haven’t had a new d3 test at the doctor yet. I will go in another month so not sure if my levels changed but I stopped taking them for 2 days and now i feel great again so I think the it’s might be too high for me so i will start taking 1 pill every 3 days . My d3 levels where about 4 points below normal. Will update later
