I gave it a 5 above on swallow but you don’t swallow these, they melt under your tongue.I had low B12 and this really raised my bloodwork in 3 months. I love them, great product, great price, and there is enough for a year! Can’t beat that! They don’t melt as quickly just like some others have said, but there are ways to help that out, LOL! Plus, they do melt and you can go on about your day. I find the flavor sort of neutral but there is a favor, but I did not find it disagreeable. That is relative though and you may. I would recommend this product and I also would purchase again.
