I was diagnosed with anemia a few months back. These have been great especially because I can have difficulty with pills. Just a heads up, my renewal came with a broken seal and with reaching out to the brand they never sent me a my replacement. Just had to spend another $20 but with how much they help me I have to do what I have to do.

Good option if you can chew
Buy these for my MIL who can’t swallow pills. She has no trouble chewing them. She doesn’t say anything about the taste, but it doesn’t give her any ‘digestive’ issues, like the pill forms can do.

I have other chewable vitamins that I take every day and I like the taste, but these vegan iron Vetamatic gummies are hard to chew and swallow because the taste is just horrible, and, they are not returnable.I will probably toss them out and purchase a pill form instead.Don’t waste your money.

I can’t say it worked .. since I just started taking it. Giving 5 stars cuz it tastes good and finally something I can enjoy during pregnancy and not feel nausea.

Stained my teeth!
I had a gastric bypass and have to take extra iron daily. These were easy to take, taste not wow but easily tolerated to stay consistent which is why I gave 3 stars.Unfortunately they caused purple black stain spots on the grain of my teeth and especially in-between. I discontinued them about 2 weeks ago and I’m flossing and bought a water pick and the stains have lessened but some have not budged yet.I’m someone who occasionally whitens their teeth and wondering if this has made them porous. Not too many others have mentioned this issue.
