Perfect amount of Iron in a gummy!
I like the flavor of the Guava Hibiscus. Great iron content at 8mg per serving.The gummies were nice and moist, were a perfect size and not too chewy.It does contain glucose syrup & sugar. Personally I’m a fan of less sugar, but it is only 2g so it’s not a huge amount. I take them with my post workout meal so the glucose has a more positive impact on my body. It’s a decent value for the money and at 2 pills per day it’s a perfect 30 day supply.No adverse stomach issues as I’ve had with other iron supplements.No artificial dyes, no gluten, no high fructose corn syrup and no synthetic FD&C dyes!Give them a try.

Not too bad for an iron supplement
I was diagnosed with anemia in June, so I’ve been diligent about increasing my iron intake through my diet. It still isn’t quite enough, so I wanted to add in some iron supplementation via pill form.I found out quickly that my body does not like iron tablets, so I picked some gummies up at Vitamin Shoppe. Those taste exactly how I’d imagine leeches tasting. They’re absolutely disgusting.I found these and do trust the VitaFusion brand, so I decided to give them a try. They’re 100% better than the Vitamin Shoppe brand, and the texture isn’t gross.The guava flavor covers over the metallic taste quite nicely, and I’ve found if I take them with a meal, both the taste and slight stomach rumbling aren’t nearly as noticeable.I would give these five stars, except that they’re very chewy – moreso than they should be. Perhaps I just received an older bottle. It’s not enough to put me off them, but it would be nicer if they weren’t so tough.

So first off all, the taste and the texture are better than I expected. Any other gummy supplements I have purchased have been a bit hard but these are literally like gummy bears. More importantly, they work! I ran out of my iron supplement just over a week ago and was finally able to afford another one.
