While it might not be the best choice for complete beginners—who may prefer a wider wheel or one with spring resistance—for most fitness enthusiasts, this ab wheel is an amazing choice.The build quality is solid, and it provides a smooth rolling experience. I do wish the wheel had a slightly greater convex curve to allow for easier left and right turns, but it still performs well in that aspect. The ability to make turns adds versatility to the workout, targeting different muscle groups in the core.Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase and would absolutely buy it again. It’s effective, durable, and offers a challenging workout that can help take your core strength to the next level.

Great product.
Highly recommend using an exercise mat or need pads when doing this on a hard surface. Also if you’re as uncoordinated as I am a helmet will do you good! Pretty sturdy construction held my weight up (270lbs) and didn’t give out on me like a chair at a little kids birthday party. Super easy to put together and the same size as any ab wheel. Great price point is what drew me to this, now it looks great in my gym along with the cob webs and dusty weight bench.

It’s what I expected, a bit wobbly but definitely works the abs. No need to spend a lot of money. The physics are the same as the more expensive versions.
