Great Surprise Christmas Gift!
Received the Vibration Exercise Machine as a Christmas gift, and knew nothing about it. My daughter has one and gives very positive reviews. I am surprised to find it an easy, convenient work-out. It is helping with lower back & knee pain. Surprised at how it feels like a great workout without the aches & pains. Very sturdy and stable. Looking forward to trying the various exercise modes and focusing on different areas. It is easy to operate and the vibration is very effective. Very surprised at the cost of this particular machine. Item arrived as promised in new condition. I like that this plate has an increased weight capacity and can accommodate me as well as my husband. I have used the vibration plate for a post workout massage as well as doing some my strength workout on the plate. I can definitely feel the plate working and think that it has helped me with some balance as well. The 1 – 99 variable speed allows me to choose how intense I go. The LED screen is large and easy to read.
