I got this product because I’m 47 and while I take fish oil every day, I wanted something stronger, something more noticeable. DHA has so many great benefits emotionally, brain health wise and all kinds of other things! . As with many products I have tried over the past few years I didn’t actually hold out much hope, but I was pleasantly surprised. I’ll be making this a regular part of my daily supplement pack. It does take a week to notice some differences, so after a few days I did feel like my memory got better, especially my ability to walk thru the house and remember what I wanted by the time I got to the end of the hall! It does also help with inflammation, and in my case allergies were causing some severe inflammation. That seems to be mostly gone now and I no longer feel the need to scratch my eyes out, so I feel like I got the bonus plan. I love that this is plant based, and doesn’t have the dangers associated with krill oil (mercury). It’s third party tested and it’s non-GMO, so it ensures I’m doing my part for the planet! The softgels aren’t huge like normal fish oil or krill oil soft gels, either, they’re manageable and are easily swallowed. Last in my list but definitely not least, these don’t have that nasty aftertaste or “afterburp” smell that fish oil & krill oil delivers. Will definitely be buying again.

Been using for years
Most people would think of this as a brain health product but I originally purchased it for the Omega-3s. I like that it has “fishy” taste or burping issues and think I get great value for the cost.

I wasn’t sure I would notice any difference but I feel that this has helped me concentrate and focus. Love that it’s vegan because most fish oil capsules are made out of porcine (pig). I eat fish but I stopped eating many animal products/protein so this was a great alternative and it has a high DHA amount. I’m happy with this supplement despite the fact that it’s pricey …

Diarrhea symptoms
I don’t think I have to say much more. I tried different ways of taking this product. Just before meal, after meal, and hour after meal. It’s a laxative for me! Unfortunately does not work well with some peoples stomachs

Great alternative for allergies to fish!
I started buying and taking these last year (off and on), and I love them! They are easy to swallow and have no taste. Also, it is a great alternative to other oil supplements, especially as a replacement for fish oils, and if your sensitive or have allergies to other fish products. Do your research, it has great benefits! Buy it if you want to switch up your supplements and try something new!!!!

Strong rancid DHA smell/taste
It probably does the job if you can stomach it, but it smells and tastes so strongly of rancid DHA I can’t handle taking them.

Amazing product, has made a noticeable difference
Very pleased with this product! Very easy to swallow. Love that its vegan, there’s no weird fishy aftertaste you usually get with fish oil supplements. More importantly, I’ve noticed a big difference in my energy levels and ability to concentrate. Would definitely recommend!
