I continue to order this product to maintain my D3/K2 vitamin level. Made in the US, clean and vetted, the product is easy to use, comes in small capsules, easy to swallow, and provides in one dose 5,000 IU of D3, facilitated for absorption by the K2. One bottle is enough for 1 year. This one product usefully replaces the need for 2 capsules, one of D3 and one of K2, so more convenient. Received it fast coming from U.S to Australia in about 10-12 days for me, have not tried the product yet as I have to use up the current ones (few tablets left) before I start taking these UpNourish D3 + K2 ones and I’m very grateful for long expiry on this product I received say expires 03/2025 which is excellent that is 2 years and 10 months.Would recommend for any Aussies who is looking for 1-a-day tablet 1 year supply of D3 + K2 vitamins :)EDIT: I get those stuck in clumps however just give it one good punch (don’t do it too hard) on the outside canister will make all those clumps loosen them works brilliantly for those who gets them in clumps.
