It truly helps legs, ankles, feet to feel better – mine are not as stiff as they were a week ago!
I like the quietness of this, the ability to set speed and cycles, but find it just a tad cumbersome to move from my computer desk-chair to my living-room-chair, thus only a 4-star-rating. It is a little heavy – about 35 pounds. But all-in-all I am glad I got it. In just the week that I have had it, and using frequently throughout the day and evening, I have noticed that my legs are not swelling from sitting at my desk for several hours at a time, and also at night when finally relaxing and watching t.v.. BUT the picture on this product’s site where they show a woman sitting using the exerciser while working on her laptop it LAUGHABLE!!! No way can you put anything on your legs while using this due to the up-n-down motions of your legs and expect it to stay put – I tried 🙂 Even my cat who loves to lay on my lap when I watch t.v. can’t stand the movement of my legs create ha-ha-ha!!!! I like that it doesn’t take too long to get used to and you forget about it while you focus your mind on other things that you need to. I recommend that you get a pad for beneath it if you have hardwood/tile flooring because it will move a bit without it. I do recommend this product for anyone who needs to sit for any length of time – you will be surprised at how it helps you.

How many steps I get
Really good for seniors blood circulation. I used the fastest workout speed but I’m not so sure it’s doing me any good.
