OK I’ve been holding off on reviewing this product after much research and deciding to buy it! I have been taking berberine for two weeks now. I immediately feel like I felt results, but wanted to be sure before writing a product review. I will say this supplement definitely helps to curb the appetite and make you feel satiated. I think it’s because it helps with the blood sugar levels, and helps to prevent insulin resistance. I do feel like I am losing inches and weight, but steadily not crazy fast overnight, which is good! I would definitely recommend this product and not all berberine is created equal, so this was the one I really wanted to try. Will order again!

Not all berberine is the same. This is right one!
I do a lot of research. I tried a berberine from a health food store. I didn’t notice anything. A friend suggested this brand specifically. I tried it. In 2 weeks I noticed my stomach was flat for the first time in years. I got on the scale and I’d lost 8 pounds. I did nothing different at all except adding this supplement to my day. So yeah. It’s a good one. That was like 3 weeks ago. I just got the big bottle cuz I’m not planning on stopping it. Stomach is still flat. ❤️

Dosage not sufficient for me
While this may be a good product, I’m not sure 1,000 mg once a day is sufficient for me. Other brands of Berberine have been between 1500-2400 mg per day, divided per meal. That’s the only downfall I find with this product.I give it a 4 Star for this reason09/20/24 – UpdateI just received my second bottle and there’s something different with it. While the product is not expired, this bottle has a rancid smell and doesn’t seem as effective.
