I like the fact that these gell caps are tasteless, smooth, and easy to swallow. I love the liposomal turmeric, and that it’s paired with black pepper, which should help absorption. I don’t take turmeric all the time, but I have found that when I do, my joint pain decreases substantially, and that’s what happened after a couple days of taking this supplement. In fact, I’m pain free right now.These capsules are certainly worth looking at. Research turmeric, black pepper, and liposomal delivery, if you want. Recommended.

From the reading I have done, this combination (turmeric, ginger, black pepper) is an effective supplement for inflammation. This container comes with 60 a capsules, good for taking every day for 30 days (2 per day). I have been taking this for a few weeks now and:1. Have not had any odd or adverse side effects.2. Have noted a small reduction in inflammation in my hands each night.The InGreens company is based out of California, which gives me some comfort about their product.
