Great set for home fitness!
I love this set of resistance bands. They allow me to have great workouts at home, without ever needing to set foot in the gym. It includes a nice variety of strengths to help increase the weight I’m working with. Very easy to use, super portable.

Exercise Band
Unfortunately someone stole my package and I was not able to use them. I would say according to the pictures looks like the would be a great start up for strengthening.

Work as advertised
No complaints thus far. One’s biggest fear is the band breaking at the connection points and slamming into your face. However, these appear to be made well enough to prevent that. But….it’s wise to use caution and inspect them before using.

So good bands, the best I’ve seen!
I like these, from the first use I’ve really appreciated the design, the tension. The quality and durability is immediately obvious, nothing cheap about these. They have secure, solid hooks. Both the handle straps and the anchoring straps are the best I’ve seen for a resistance band set. These have a different tension distribution than the “colored” resistance bands widely available. Those serve their purpose too, but these have a more strength training resistance feel.I use for band flys anchored to my bench. I use for shoulder raises, both front and sides, stepping on the bands. I use for curls, stepping on the bands. They WORK! They can be used for many more movements too. This is a high quality set built to last, and for just a few dollars more than many sets not in this league. I highly recommend.

Compact Package and Easy to Use
I wanted to start off the new year a bit better than the previous one and I knew my health should take a bit more of an important role in my life. When I ordered these I knew I was not ordering a weight set, I just wanted something to use that would provide resistance and help tone my muscles. The exercise bands are nicely made and don’t feel like they will fall apart. The handles are nice and chunky, which I was worried about since I use these in a warmer area of my house. There are several different bands which provide varying levels of resistance to make it feel like you are using actual weights but the nice thing is that these will not use up all the room weight take up.As an added benefit, everything is stored away in the travel bag and you are good to go until the next work out. For those looking for a more intense workout, these may not be the right item for you, but for folks getting into working out and looking for something a little less intimidating, then this is a nice starter set to get you motivated to move on up.

Effective Workout, But Pricey and Missing Promised eBook
I’ve been using resistance bands for quite some time now, primarily due to physical limitations like arthritis that prevent me from lifting weights. So, when I came across this set, I was eager to give it a try. This kit offers a range of resistance bands, including 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 pounds. I was pleasantly surprised by their durability during use. I even attempted to stretch them to their limits, and they held up remarkably well. The set includes various attachment options, such as ankle straps, a door strap designed not to damage your door, and handles. All of these components are built to last. It’s important to note that resistance band workouts provide a different type of exercise compared to traditional weightlifting. These bands are not meant for high-weight, low-rep routines. You won’t achieve the bulked-up results of those weightlifters featured in fitness magazines. Instead, this set offers a highly effective and intense workout for strength and flexibility. Now, let’s address why I’ve given this set a 3-star review. Firstly, the seller mentions a Resistance Band Workout eBook is available, but I spent over an hour trying to locate it without success.Secondly, the current price of $26.99 raises concerns. A quick search on Amazon revealed several alternatives at significantly lower prices, many of which have garnered thousands of 4+ star reviews. It’s challenging to wholeheartedly recommend a product that doesn’t outshine its competitors and still costs nearly 20% more.In summary, this resistance band set has its merits, but it falls short in terms of value and the promised eBook. It may be worth considering if you can’t find a suitable alternative, or if the seller addresses these issues.Pros:• Sturdy construction.• Effective for a variety of exercises.Cons:• Missing Workout eBook.• Relatively high price compared to similar alternatives on Amazon. My Take: I would recommend this set only if you cannot find a suitable alternative, pending improvements by the seller.Additional Info:As a Vine reviewer, I’m aware of the influence my reviews can have on fellow consumers. Just like you, I rely on reviews when making my own purchasing decisions. Therefore, I’m committed to providing valuable insights to those considering the products I review. Additionally, given that I’m obliged to pay taxes on the retail value of the products I receive (approximately 40%, with 15.3% in Social Security/Medicare taxes and 25% in Federal Income taxes), I prioritize delivering honest reviews for every item I receive. For reference, here’s how I rate products:- 1 Star: Do not buy. This item has serious flaws.- 2 Stars: Do not buy. Not as bad as a 1 Star, but it still has major downsides.- 3 Stars: Buy if you can’t find an alternative. There are some issues that need to be worked out.- 4 Stars: Recommend purchase. This item met my expectations.- 5 Stars: I love this product.

Versatile and provides good resistance
This kit came with everything I needed to get started with resistance bands. It did take a while to figure out how the door anchor worked. I had not used a door anchor before. After doing some research online, I was able to get it set up correctly. From there, it was easy to use. The system was stable and provided an adequate workout. I tried out the 30lbs and 50lbs resistance band. While I’m unsure how to get an accurate measurement, the 50lbs band felt like it resisted a lot more than the 30lbs band. The bag to store everything in is a nice touch. I was able to put everything away without it feeling crammed.

Nice set of resistance bands, rasonably priced.
Nice set of resistance bands, resistance level marked on each band (don’t know where the rated resistance comes from as these, like every other band I’ve used, are much, much easier to pull than the same weight in a free weight). Linking all 5 bands I was able to do biceps curls through a full range of motion for multiple sets of 10 reps (I can barely move a 30-pound dumbbell through 10 reps once). The bands and connectors all seem to be sturdily constructed, with enough clips to connect in just about any configuration you need. The bands stow easily in the carry bag, great for travel and for daily storing after use. I do wish ASU had included at least a brief work-out guide to help new users get started on their exercise program. Overall, a good, reasonably priced, set of bands.
