Riboflavin (B2): a coenzyme needed for proper functioning mitochondria within the brain. Riboflavin acts as coenzymes, increasing the activity of flavoenzymes in the mitochondria and may improve function in people with abnormal brain energy metabolism.
Feverfew: a dried leaf may have support functions and anti-serotonin properties. Feverfew has been shown to be an effective herb for supporting migraine reduction. Feverfew’s active ingredient, parthenolide, appears to have multiple benefits for the central nervous system.
Butterbur: used throughout history as a medicinal plant. Its extract has shown promising results in reducing headache attacks. Potential benefits include its support properties and the activity of its coactive ingredient, petasins, to block Ca2+ channels (calcium channels) in the brain; that may play a role in migraine headaches. Butterbur is also a promising aid in the prevention of headaches as it has been shown to have antispasmodic and vasodilating properties.
Ginkgo Biloba: contains Ginkgolide B, a natural form of PAF (anti-platelet activating factor) involved in disrupting the brain, a process shown to be linked to the creation of headaches. Ginkgo Biloba has been shown to have several medicinal properties that may assist with headaches, such as dilation of blood vessels in the brain, regulation of neurotransmitters, reducing blood viscosity, and the neutralization of oxygen free radicals.

IT WORKS!!!
I have chronic debilitating migraines. They are really bad– auras, blindness, the works. And they always knock me out for about 6-8 hours. I typically get them 1-3 times a week, or sometimes nearly every day if I’m really stressed out. My migraines have cost me three jobs and several family holidays. Nothing that I can afford seems to work, except for this. I’ve been taking a couple of these every day for a few months, and I almost never get migraines anymore. It’s a miracle! I still might occasionally get one when I’m really stressed, but otherwise I am free!

I know this product works from personal experience. For anyone who is wondering, there is another option besides popping prescription pills that mess with your body. Its this product! Doctor after doctor said the only option was more drugs, they were so wrong. I wish I had known about this stuff sooner. The whole time there was an all natural remedy that treats the problem and not just the symptoms. This product works and its awesome that its on Amazon now.

Was skeptical, but they stop the symptoms before a migraine can occur.
I got these for my son, so the rest of this review is from him.I experience an “aura” of sorts that occurs just before I get my migraines, and which are triggered by everything from stress and worry, to light sensitivity. To combat these, I generally take pills specific to migraines to get rid of them, but never a herbal supplement like this. Recently, I had a couple of the “aura” sensations occur, namely pulsating pain in my temples and general numbness like feeling in my arms. So I took one, and although it took about an hour to work, it worked and stopped the migraine from coming on full force.In retrospect, I will likely start taking these at least once a day or twice daily, as the bottle recommends. Mainly, to prevent me from having to experience any of the sensations that occur before my migraines fully hit.And to clarify for anyone what I mean by migraines and “auras.” I generally lose feeling in my hands and arms, start seeing dark spots in my vision, and the pulsating sensation in my temples just before I get the migraine. If and when I do get a migraine, it is a massive drop in the will to move, and every noise in the house becomes unbearable. Even light hurts to see, and my vision is full of holes in it when I have a migraine.So anything that will stop me from having to sleep it off or take some more potent medicine to get rid of it is a welcome remedy for me.UPDATE 2 days after taking it daily: I won’t be taking it daily anymore due to the fact that it gives so much Riboflavin and caused my urine to turn neon yellow no matter how much water I drink. Since I know it works on me for taking it as I experience an “aura” or two, I’ll just go back to taking them only when those occur.

STOPPED MY HEADACHES!
First of all, I am not being offered anything for this review as I rely on people’s reviews when I purchase so i thought it would be important to state this. This product worked very well for me and did get rid of the headaches but it made me terribly itchy. I don’t think this was the product’s fault as I am histamine intolerant so there was probably something in the herbs that bothered me. That is why I only gave it 4 stars. Other than that, it works. I think it will help other people.

I’ve suffered with migraines for over 20 years. I’ve been taking TruMigraine for 30 days and wow! I have experienced my first month with no migraines. I’ve had one subtle headache and was able to preempt with simple Tylenol. I’ve ordered my second bottle and if it continues to work this well, I’ll be a lifelong supporter. (I take 2 a day, one in the am and one in the pm). I can’t thank you enough for the relief!

Skeptic turned to believer
I’m pretty skeptical of most things. I think that many companies over hype their products and many I’ve tried have done absolutely nothing. For that reason, I tend to track my results when using products. I am a very consistent migraine sufferer. I know the number of times a week I will have them and can generally predict how severe. As of now, I am noticing a significant improvement in the first few weeks. I do like that the company doesn’t claim it will cure them or that it happens overnight. They even say for best results use consistently for 90 days or more. Not even there yet, but it’s already working better than anything else I’ve tried. Personally I am a believer already.
