Kind Notice: One week break-in period: This usually happens within one week after first inflation when the ball may feel softer and need to add more air, due to the nature of PVC material. After that, the ball will be stable in size and hold air for months. Avoid placing the Pilates ball on wooden furniture for long periods to prevent damage.

Good size and provides the proper resistance I needed for PT.
Took some doing to get inflated correctly… handed over to my husband as I was struggling. I’m using as a Physical Therapy tool in my recovery from hip surgery and it works as intended. Retains air well. Appears to be a good quality product. Texture has good grip. I got the pretty blue one and it functions as needed.

Great ball, wish it was textured
This is a great Pilates ball. The outside is a little shiny and doesn’t have a great grip. I prefer a ball with some texture, but it works great.

Works as advertised
The ball came with a hand pump and two needles. Easy to fill. Can be used for other balls, too. One simple set of exercise instructions included for using the ball. They are easy but may need to work up the strength to increase the number of repetitions. The ball itself seems to be good quality and holds air. Right size for holding between my knees or ankles as described in the instructions.

Love that this ball has a pump. It took a while to get it filled. I can’t imagine blowing one up. Also this ball did not need a plug as it is self-closing!

Einfache Anwendung. Meine Verspannungen im Nacken waren bald Geschichte. Hierfür den Ball 2/3 aufpumpen und unter den Kopf legen. Durch entspanntes zur Seite Hin- und Herschauen wurde die sensible Muskulatur gelockert.

Good sturdy miniball for pilates exercises. As with other reviews it’s difficult to inflate and insert the stopper peg initially, however once you’ve got the knack it’s not a problem.

Ich habe den Mini Pilates Ball in Blau in der Größe 25 cm gekauft, um damit mein Training meiner Rumpfmuskulatur zu unterstützen.Der Ball wird zusammengelegt und eingeschweißt in einer Folie, die sich wiederum in einer Schachtel befindet, geliefert. Als Zubehör werden 2 Röhrchen zum Aufblasen sowie drei Stöpsel und ein Werkzeug, mit dem der Stöpsel leicht aus dem aufgeblasenen Ball entfernt werden kann, mitgeliefert.Gleich vorweg: Der Ball riecht auch neu nicht unangenehm sondern recht neutral (im Gegensatz zu Bällen manch anderer Hersteller) und das verwendete Material wirkt hochwertig.Mit dem mitgelieferten Röhrchen lässt sich der Ball leicht aufblasen. Wenn man das Röhrchen raus zieht muss der Stöpsel schnell eingesteckt werden, da Luft gleich entweicht. Daher muss man immer ein bisschen fester aufblasen, als man den Ball dann eigentlich möchte, das ist aber kein Problem und geht sehr einfach.Für meine Fitnessübungen ist der Ball perfekt, er hält auch mein volles Gewicht von 90 kg leicht aus, ohne merkbar Luft zu verlieren oder gar zu platzen.Ich kann den Ball jedenfalls uneingeschränkt empfehlen und für den Preis von rund 11 Euro macht man jedenfalls nichts verkehrt. Ich würde sogar sagen, dass es der Ball leicht mit wesentlich teureren Bällen anderer Hersteller aufnehmen kann.
