Works well and seems to give me some extra energy. They do have a ‘slight’ B vitamin smell (expected). Not too much of a taste. These seem to have almost the same effectiveness for me as a food- based B complex.

Gave me high b12 blood levels!!!
I started taking this and I had my blood levels checked and I ended up having greater than 1500 for my B12 and 900 is the absolute highest it’s suppose to be, I also developed severe anxiety hoping that since I threw these away that my anxiety will start going away
