Treadmill
Had an issue with FedEx delivery but the company went above and beyond to resolve and I was not disappointed when it arrived, very easy built it’s practically assembled took about 25 minutes. Treadmill is everything they say my daughter and I both used it easy to understand plus it holds up great. I weight 240lbs and it held me pretty good even after I speed it up were I was moving it held up really good, if you want a good workout and don’t want to worry about outside weather and stuff I recommend this treadmill.

Amazing Customer Service!
I really like this treadmill, although from the start I’ve had issues with the belt drifting after use, hence the 4-star rating. I contacted the seller’s customer service, and they bent over backwards to help me with this issue. If I could give a rating for CS, they would get a 10+++++! Even though the belt drifts and I have to adjust it, I decided to keep the treadmill, as I find it to be good quality otherwise. The belt is nice and wide and there is enough room for me to jog. The only thing (other than the drifting belt) that I don’t like about the treadmill, is that there is not a way to pause the workout and go back into it where I’ve left off. That’s a minor dislike, though, as it keeps me working out as intended.

Amazing product a must buy when you want a treadmill
I loved the control and how easy it was to set up. I also liked the safety it installs like the emergency stop system it has when the red wire is pulled. I personally find the feeling and how smooth the music from Bluetooth plays on it. I also favor how it tells me how long I have been running the calories I burned and the variety of the speed of the product provides. Definitely a good product to buy.

UPDATE: You can see from my initial feedback on this treadmill, that it was very small and only built for a child. It is so small that when walking on it, there is no room at the top, my feet hit the tip right away.The company did reach out to me and gave me a refund and promised me that they will send me a new treadmill to try because they were coming out with a new model. That was over a year ago. I am only writing this because, first of all they did not have to say they were giving me another one, I was just happy they refunded me; BUT when you say you are going to do something, you should keep your word. I wanted to donate the one i have to someone else who is a better fit for the size. I have reached out over the last year but am given excuses. I am sure they are getting a big kick out of this. Well, I will not bother them anymore. UPDATE to my initial review. When the vendor saw my review, he reached out to me and was disappointed with my experience with the treadmill. The company apologized and went above and beyond to make this right. I can only say that if for whatever reason their product is not satisfactory to you, please just reach out. They genuinely care about satisfaction with their products and want the customer to happy also. I truly trust this company and would purchase from them again in the future. You read so often how hard it is to even get the vendor to respond and to take care of the problem. You will never get that here, no runaround at all. They genuinely care about their customers and the reputation of their company. It is a good product; I just needed something a little larger. I have used it twice. It will take care of my need to be able to walk daily to help with my BP and other health issues. I saw 2 reviews for this treadmill, they were both 5 stars. I needed something that was easy to assemble, functions well and reasonably priced. So, I purchased. I noticed another review and it had a picture of a child on the treadmill. In the reviews, no one seemed to complain that it was for a child, so I thought it was ok. I emailed the vendor to asked is this for a youth as recommended on the website, he said it was for both. I was okay after that. Then it was delivered. I can tell from the box that it was very short, no running room at all. I did not open the box for 2 weeks, I did not want to see it, and maybe have to try and return. I opened it last evening. To me these are the Pros: easy to assemble. I can walk on it. Bluetooth is a nice feature. Does not take up hardly any room at all, again very small/short. For the price, it will have to do. I do not want to have to go through the trouble of Un assembling and repacking. I personally do not recommend, because it is very small and no running room. But it may work for some, depending on the need.

Disappointed
I was absolutely in love with this treadmill but waited until after a month to do a review. I received it April 10th and set it up within a week. I use it 5 days a week for speed walking and today it started getting stuck on me while at 2.8 speed and making a loud scraping noise. Prior to this I had a sunny walker for years before it went out. I am extremely sad I lost my money on this one 😞Update: i received a full refund. Their customer service is amazing and receives 5 stars. However the product itself broke in less that 30 days which is why I am leaving a 3 star review

It’s as described, had to realign belt which wasn’t too difficult but I did have to look up a YouTube video beforehand because I’ve never did it before and just wanted to be sure. I wish the incline was higher but I just put a wedge in the front part to increase more.
