Life changing
As someone who struggles with anxiety, especially at night time, this has tremendously improved my sleep, as well as my anxiety levels, not only at night, but throughout the day it has also had a profound effect on my moods & my mood swings. I can honestly say that this product changed my life for the better and I wish I would’ve known about this sooner. I purchased the grape flavor and I mix it with just water and the taste is great. It is a little bit gritty towards the end of the drink, but the flavor is still great!

Easy to use powder. Pleasant taste too. I make a cup of tea before bed and add a scoop of this magnesium. I was skeptical that this would actually help me sleep, but it does! No “hangover” in the morning either. Price is very reasonable on Amazon-$10 less than the local health food store here.

I ended up with the grape flavor because the mixed berry lemonade was not available to replace the open item that came in an open package. The company Trace Minerals is a great company and very helpful to replace my product. So for Trace Minerals I give 5 stars and for the open product and packing 0 stars for Amazon. They should instruct their driver not to deliver open products.

I bought this because my regular magnesium glycinate pills were hurting my throat and felt to be getting stuck this powder tasted really good it’s a nice treat at night idk what the ionic mineral trace is but I heard it might also be good for you I thought it wasn’t going to make me as sleepy because its less mg then my regular, this is I think 120 my pills are 200 or 240 around there but this actually makes me more sleepy! Overall this is amazing and I highly recommend and it seems that it would last you a while maybe I will try the other flavors as well
