Nauseous after use
I’ve used some supplements similar to this often as either a standalone supplement or as a food/drink additive so I am pretty used to flavor or texture changes when I use them but this one made me nauseous for a week straight. At first I used the suggested amount and then after a couple of days I tried a lower dosage. I finally gave up when it made me throw up after drinking it with flavored water.

Convenient and cost effective way to get essential trace minerals
95 doses per bottle is great though I usually just estimate the amount. These are the lesser known and supplemented minerals that are too often underappreciated and neglected yet are essential to functions like immune support, sex hormone production, oxygen transport, calming inflammation, etc, etc.I often make some green tea in the morning and stir in a little shilajit and DW drops to get started. The more commonly supplemented minerals like sodium, potassium, magnesium I get through diet, supplements and products like LMNT. I love that if I overlook getting in some oysters, liver, or whatever superfood I try to consume to round out my nutrient intake, I have this simple and effective backup in the form of a liquid in a squeeze bottle. As the taste is very mild I don’t hesitate to put it in my recipes like salad dressings/ice creams/soups so that I can get small, frequent doses at various points throughout the day. And since most everyone is using non-iodized salt these days a bit of iodine in the drops is another welcome mineral. The cost-to-benefit ratio is great for this item so if you happen to know or suspect you’re deficient in any trace minerals or you’re unsure whether or not that’s the case it’s a pretty safe way to supplement and see if it makes any positive changes for you.

No taste!
This supplement has no taste! (Well, barely any). Most supplements taste like iodine, or like a locked a rock at a lake. This one tastes like a faint hint of minerals. I’m getting exactly what I’m low on–Copper, Selenium, and a few others.

Taste is sorta off
Taste like mild soap water for some reason. Also are the extra ingredients that necessary or are you just trying to create long a shelf life?
