The Perfect Pregnancy Drink
I personally loved the taste of this! I was gifted a box at my baby shower and then repurchased it a few times leading up to birth. It was so good my husband would even drink it from my water bottle lol. Highly recommend for a mama looking to up her water intake!

Good bang for your buck
Kind of an acquired taste if you are in your first trimester. Helps keep your hydration up. The ingredients are well thought out.

Tastes so good
I have been using these through the majority of my pregnancy and I usually HATE flavored hydration packets, but these are SO good. They mix up very easily and there’s never residual powder. I do feel like they hydrate me better than just a glass of water and they taste delicious.

Not a good product
I bought this product to help my pregnant wife stay hydrated but instead it did the opposite. It caused her extreme stomach pain and vomit. Worst part is that there’s no returns. I would not recommend this product to anyone. It is not safe. And it has a really strong taste.

Saved my life! 6 months pregnant
Ladies!! We all know how important it is to consume water during pregnancy. I bought this because I actually drink more than the required amount per my OB. I work as a full time nurse and hairstylist so I am constantly on the go go go! One day I was off my A-game and I began to feel faint. I had to grab onto a friend to hold my weight. I then immediately felt dizzy and my eyes were at half mast, and I felt drained! I then grabbed a packet of electrolytes and began to drink it. I am not lying when I say within 3-5 minutes my eyes were wide open and I felt rejuvenated! I was in tears because I felt like a “bad mom” for not taking care of myself that day but this product literally saved me! I will be purchasing another box soon. ❤️ THANK YOU

Unable to Use
I was very excited for this because I was looking for a pregnancy safe electrolyte drink. Luckily I asked my doctor first and she told me it was not safe for regular consumption because it has 50% the daily amount of Folic Acid 200 mcg, which if you are taking a prenatal which mine has 800 mcg can be dangerous to have too much folic acid. Unless you are vomiting a lot and losing those vitamins I would not use this because you could end up overdosing of folic acid which causes increased risk of Autism and issues with brain development. Doctor said only use if you are dehydrated/threw up your prenatal vitamin, be careful ladies!
