Thorne makes a good quality vitamin and I never have any digestive issues or problems with the quality. From what I have read about the company online they manufacture these supplements in the same facilities that manufacture pharmaceutical drugs so the safe and sanitation side of things is going to be top-notch. That translates into a premium price that I feel is a little bit much, but it’s not the end of the world. I don’t utilize these vitamins. Exactly as the label suggest because they would be gone in a few weeks. It’s excessive to expect people to swallow five or six tablets every single day and so I only take half of the dose that is recommended on the bottle to try and make the pills last longer , I was a little bit surprised when I ran out the last time, but after a few weeks, I could feel myself getting a bit rundown from work and life and exercise but within a few days of ordering more of this multivitamin, I noticed an improvement in my general well-being. I am just a sample of one, but I tend to recommend thorn products for their quality with the clause that their price is a bit high.

I’ve tried a lot of multivitamins over the years and I’ve never felt any difference of any of them until now I take four of these a day I’m over 55 , athletic and these have given me a boost throughout the entire day, highly recommend

Aftertaste gas
Only taking one capsule a day, I spend the next few hours burping up what tastes like sour milk. Luckily I didn’t take six capsules per instructions.I’ll keep taking one a day, maybe just before eating to hopefully minimize the gas, but coming so highly recommended, I’m surprised at the negative effect at so low a dose.Maybe it’s just me and most people don’t get stomach gas from them, but so far it’s 100% of everyone I know that takes them; just me.

The best multivitamin I’ve tried
I’ve tried many different kinds of multivitamins over the years, from different brands and in different formulations. This is by far the one that has given me the best results. Overall, more energy throughout the day, more focus, better sleep and a sense of well being. The directions in the bottle recommends 6 capsules a day, but it has worked great taking only four, and sometimes just three. I take two at breakfast, one at lunch and one at dinner. Sometimes I skip the last one. My only complain is the price, but then again I’ve noticed the difference, so I getting what I was expecting from it. This is certainly a high quality supplement.
