Power issue
After waiting 14 days and being told 3 different times that it would take 3-5 business days to process from each time I was told that about my refund it finally got processed and guess what?NOW IT’S GONNA TAKE ANOTHER 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR IT TO GO THROUGH THAT PROCESS;THAT’S 4 DIFFERENT LIES ON TOP OF THE OTHERS;THAT IS VERY, VERY UNSAT. IN MY BOOK;Ending up returning & it was picked up July 10, and I was told that because of all the issues I’ve had that the refund would be processed as soon as it was scanned which is usually 2 hours after being picked up; HHNNNN; WRONG ANSWER;IT TOOK 4 DAYS AND 2 MORE PHONE CALLS AT 30”-1 HOUR EACH JUST TO GET THEM TO TELL ME THAT IT WOULD BE SCANNED AND RECEIVED BY JULY 17th AND THAT IT WOULD STILL BE 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE REFUND TO BE PROCESSED BACK TO MY CC.THAT IS VERY VERY UNSATISFACTORY AND I HOPE CONSUMER ETHICS NOTICES THIS COMPLAINT;BUT THE REALLY SAD PART IS THAT THE AMAZON REPS CAUGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF ISSUES LIKE THIS ARE ONLY DOING THEIR JOB AND I CAN ONLY IMAGINE THE FRUSTRATION THAT NOT ONLY THEY FEEL BUT ALSO WHAT THE OTHER CUSTOMERS ARE AND HAVE GONE THROUGH JUST TRYING TO GET THINGS DONE WITHOUT HAVING TO WASTE 3-5 HOURS OF TIME TRYING TO RESOLVE AN ISSUE LIKE THIS WHEN IT SHOULD BE QUITE A BIT LESS OF A HASSLE TO GO THROUGH; AND THIS WAS 2 IN A ROW FOR ME. But It Is What It Is; Lesson Learned;I had heard a lot of good things about this item;This one weighs 195# and I was glad to get it and was looking forward to using it and the incline but right off the bat it has a power issue-light comes on but display doesn’t light up and the reset button doesn’t pop out for a reset; I emailed back and forth with the manufacturer that is supposedly in Colorado but yet emails are in English with Chinese below it which is irrelevant unless the manufacturer is in fact not in Colorado as the manual claims; Not to mention that the email I sent to the email address on the back of the manual came back asundeliverable so luckily there was another on the front of the manual but it acts as if it will only be responded to if you reply to that reply from them;Nevertheless I even emailed a video showing the issue and asked for a replacement display to be shipped to me and after a few emails and them asking me to play tech and loosen the screws on the bottom of the display to see if any wiring had become disconnected and after doing so I emailed and asked for the replacement display again and never received a response to that granted it was only 2 days and that just after the July 4th holiday but even so this went on for 8 days and I had to return it and go through repacking and placing this 195# outside for Amazon to pick up and on top of that the box was tore in a few places supposedly before it was received by Amazon to deliver and if this is the Customer Service that’s offered by the manufacturers that Amazon is selling for then I have to wonder why Amazon is selling those products because I also returned a competitor treadmill at the same time this one was delivered because it was misrepresented as having manual incline and didn’t have any incline as stated which is in fact false advertising nor did it have a tag with a model or serial # attached to it anywhere on the frame; I could’ve gone through trying to get a promotional credit from Amazon to pay a repair tech but that goes to a gift card and the repair is of course out of pocket;As far as Amazon customer service the only drawback to that is having to spend 30 minutes to an hour on the phone each time trying to get some sort of resolve for the issue and that really isn’t their fault; The reps are super nice and try to be as helpful as possible but there again they too are limited at what they can do and if they’re told to lie then they do;Amazon needs to take better accountability for issues like this because it’s somewhat of a nightmare to deal with getting everything done and very time consuming and then I had to wait 14 days for the return to be processed and refunded to my cc or I can get it all put on a gift card for future purchases even though I could really use the cash instead to do other things and in my book that’s UNSATISFACTORY;I’m usually a very positive person but things like this really irk me because the customer always gets the short end of the deal or gets screwed in some way each time; And as a Prime member that has spent and still spends a lot of money with Amazon I don’t feel that I’m being unfair or unreasonable about this in any way; IT IS WHAT IT IS; Also just to note basically an item like this bought through Walmart would end up being the same result but most likely I’d either have to pay for and or arrange return shipping with the carrier;Doesn’t mean I wouldn’t be reimbursed but hey It is what it is; I hope to hear from them and to get another display that actually works shipped to me and resolve this issue instead of having to go through the hassle of returning for a refund;

Keeps treadmill clean
I keep my treadmill in the garage which gets very dirty and dusty for some reason. This cover completely seals it in and keeps all dust out. It’s very robust so works well in outdoor environments.It’s very easy to use for how big it is. Only takes me a minute to get it inside and zipped up. For the price it works really well.

We have multiple things in our backyard and need to be covered and kept from the dust, leaves, birds and the rain. I saw this one and guessed it was large enough. It is! It could cover our tennis table, one adult bike, two kid bikes, one adult scooter, one kid scooter and one baby stroller, and the sand toys, etc. We have been absolutely pleased in this very wet winter.
