Seems like a good source of CoQ10
This seems like a good source of CoQ10. It has 200 mg per serving but this is over 2 softgels, meaning that if you just want 100 mg you can just take one pill. If you get the 240 softgels, you either get 240 100mg doses or 120 200 mg doses. These are GMP, third part tested, and made in the USA. So pretty much it looks like a good source of the stuff. These are easy to swallow and I didn’t notice anything negative. Overall though this seems like a solid source of CoQ10.

This Terranics brand CoQ10 supplement provides 200mg of CoQ10 per 2 softgel serving. The CoQ10 is suspended in Olive Oil for enhanced absorption. CoQ10 is renowned for supporting heart health and supports energy production in your body. The bottle contains 30 softgels which is a 30 day supply and it is made in the USA and is third party lab tested. The softgels themselves are flavorless and are easy to swallow and it is important to note that this product is not vegan.Since I have been taking this supplement I have not noticed any differences and have had no side effects. Apparently in some rare instances some people who take CoQ10 supplements may experience headaches, insomnia, fatigue, rashes etc. If you experience any of these symptoms of course you should speak with your doctor about it. Overall I like this CoQ10 supplment and would order it again.

High quality CoQ10, two potential cons I didn’t research…
What to look for in CoQ10? This one is from Terranics (a quality company that makes several types of supplements that get excellent reviews). It is made in the USA, in a GMP-Certified facility, and independently tested for the big three (purity, quality, and potency). This CoQ10 also uses extra virgin olive oil and lecithin as a carriers. 240 caps per bottle (2 caps per dose, so a 120 day supply), still an excellent value at the time of this review.Two potential cons that I ran across: One of the ingredients is “black iron oxide”. Haven’t ever seen it as an ingredient to be ingested before (only in cosmetics that are applied to the skin). Assuming this is just a coloring but one to research if this says “red flag” to you. Also, description says “soy free” but the bottle label says “contains soy”.

Good for your heart
CoQ10 promotes a healthy heart so i have been taking this for a while now and I love it. I feel like my cardio is more efficient and i have more stamina. My muscle endurance has improved and it could be contributed by the CoQ10 and the cardio i do at the gym.

Easy to swallow
Been taking these off and on for a couple of weeks with no adverse effects. I noticed some small differences in energy levels but nothing huge. These helped usually at the end of the week for me when I feel run down before the weekend. They’re easy to swallow and the expiration date is well over 2 years from the date I ordered. It says the pills are made in the US with globally sourced ingredients.

See photo above.If you are looking for a product that only provides CoQ10, this one will do the trick. Each softgel is 100 mg. There are 120 soft gels in the bottle, so if used as directed by the manufacturer, 200 mg per serving, this will give you a 60-day supply.According to the label, it is made in the USA with global and gradients and a GMP compliant facility. I got this because I take CoQ10 for the health benefits it may possibly have. The recent studies are far from being conclusive imo and I very much look forward to future studies to see what if any role supplementing with CoQ10 may actually benefit one with. It is known that as we get older our natural amounts of it (CoQ10) lessen.I take a type of medication for cholesterol as well which is a factor often discussed about with CoQ10. I personally over the many years taking this ingredient have never noticed anything even with a higher dosage than what this brand offers. There are two forms of CoQ10 and this brand does not specify ( or I couldn’t find it) which one is being used. So I’m not sure if this Ubiquinone form or Ubiquinol form. I’ve never noticed a difference between the two forms and imo many prefer the Ubiquinol form due to the way it possibly is metabolized. There is some thought ( mine included) that CoQ10 may possibly provide cardio benefits. I really like the Olive Oil in this for a source of a healthy fat imo and the health benefits it may possibly have. I see where this is supposed to be third party lab tested but I have not personally seen the test. I also see where the country of origin is the USA which I very much like. On top of that the ingredients are non-gmo and there is a GMP ( good manufacturing practice) indicator. These were easy to take and I had no sides. I saw no quality issues whatsoever with the bottle I received. Hopefully one day we will have conclusive data that supports the idea of this being an ingredient being possibly beneficial for the cardio. Good Luck and I hope this was Helpful.
