I have a pretty tick and quite heavy yoga mat. This is a life saver. It is easy to put on and comfortable and easy to carry. Great price and I love this!

This strap works as expected. It can accommodate different size of mat because the loop to go over the mat is not sewed. The bigger the mat diameter when rolled, the shorter the strap will be. Unfortunately you can’t adjust shoulder strap freely.
