What I like: that it’s just turmeric, without having a lot of other things mixed in except for the black pepper, which is used to make the Curcumin more bioavailable. The price is outstanding. It’s made in a GMP facility , and that’s good.Questions I still have that I really would like answered: where on Earth is this turmeric sourced? They talk about a proprietary blend, but generally speaking just plain turmeric powder as a spice put in a capsule doesn’t do you a lot of good because of limited bioavailability, so extracts are much more useful. This is a blend, but we don’t know anything about the proportions, whether it’s mostly just spice powder with a tiny bit of extract or?? It would be great to know what proportions of what. Also, third-party testing is pretty important in general but particularly essential with turmeric because there can be problems with heavy metals, and it would really be much better to have the assurance that third party testing would bring, and we are not given that assurance.I hate the expression “you get what you pay for”, but it may apply here.
