I’ve been taking shiitake mushroom supplements for years, the brand I usually use wasn’t available so I gave this a try. It’s horrible, I literally didn’t take it again after 1st time. I’ll look for another one. Bad aftertaste, gelatin capsules & overall not the best quality.
