Not sure this is for pain. My husband uses it at night time, to help him relax and get better sleep. It does work for that. If you’re wanting to know about pain relief and/or taste, I have no answer for you.

Not Stinky & Good Partial Pain Relief
These take away a good portion of my knee pain – enough so that I can walk, go through daily living, exercise, etc. without feeling like I’m going to collapse. However, this, like every other supplement I’ve taken does not provide 100% relief. I have found it helpful though, to take it along with a triple-strength glucosamine/chondroitin/msm & omega-3 supplement. Also, avoiding gluten and dairy seems to help me.*The main quality I like about this tumeric-containing supplement is that it does not stink! And, most importantly, doesn’t make you stink. I’m guessing it’s because the turmeric odor is neutralized by the tart cherry extract (and possibly other ingredients.) So, no more people are asking me which Indian restaurant I was just at, lol!

I just received the product, so this is not about effectiveness. However, their customer service is very good.

Relieves most minor irritating aches
If I do not take some sort of turmeric, my aches return the next day. The tart cherry turmeric and separate ginger capsules seems to help the best. I don’t have severe pain just getting older arthritic type of pain.

Stiffness – Not sure it is working
These are as ordered. I ordered them due to stiffness in my muscles. I am on my second bottle, I don’t know if the product is working or not. It seems to help some, but still have stiffness after I have been sitting too long. I take one a day.
